Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

It seems no one has remembered that you can renew over the phone (if you don't like doing things through the internet or sending it in through the mail).

Most people do not want to go in the Afternoon to process their pass. Why? Well first of all after spending hours at a park you do not look the greatest.

Why does it matter what you look like? Very seldom do you get the admission people scanning the pass to look at it very closely if they are in quesiton of who you are...It's not like the person with the best pass picture is going to win anything anyhow...

Also, that piece of paper they give you can easily get lost and then what do you do? So that’s why almost everyone rushes in the morning to get it processed.

How hard is it to loose a piece of paper unless you are very organized. Unless you're stating that becuase you have once lost the piece of paper. As I stated before, the rides aren't going anywhere...you have all season to go on whatever you want.

It doesn't really cost them "tons" of money (whoever said that) but it is costly, and that's probably something they really don't want to spend money on right now.

I mean you may go on a day to process and there may be a line that extends for a few hours. But then they hold one again in the next few days and the line is only 20 min. long and its not very busy. They have just wasted money. There really is no way for them to tell how much of a crowd will come on a certain day. However, they should know that Saturdays would be busy. That's where I am coming from.

As far as I know the pass processing center is open when the park is open.

I wonder what im going to have to do with my parking pass sticker to get into to the park on opening day. It's not like I can stick it on the pass since I won't have the pass. I guess Ill have to unfortunally have to bring that little slip of paper the sticker comes on with, and risk the chance of losing it.

I ordered online, and they don't give you the sticker, I got whats like a little ticket ( size of a garbage sticker ) that I've gotta take to the pass processing center to get the actual sticker for, and I also have to get my season pass booklet from there; all the online orders come out of SF's corporate offices, so they don't have everything from each park.

I just got a email from PKI and that park has numerous days where passholders can get their passes processed before the park is open.
While SFGAm has done a good job of adding rides/attractions to the park, it still fails to deliever when it comes to customer service and this is another example. Look at all the times/days that PKI allows guests to get their passes early and even a sneak peek at whats new.
Monday, March 29

Monday, April 5

Season Pass Processing continues. 4-8pm every week day (Mon-Fri) from March 29 - April 9.

Does this mean that they are just going to open the park to all pass holders that just want to walk around and check stuff out? That would be really nice.

/\He said thats for PKI.

The LAST thing SFGAm would want now is people, when their doing construction all over the park.

That's probably why I was asking what it was. I'm not trying to break into the park or anything but if there was something being scheduled I would like to know. Someone mentioned it so I aksed is that OK. As you can see I don't post very often because I read what happens here. Some people on this board.. not mentioning any names.. are not the nicest. They ALWAYS have rude comments. Someone asks a question and some ignorant person/people smart off. I try my hardest not to ask questions that will get these responses.. so sorry to bother you.
