Interesting. They didn't seem to mind it at all two years ago when I went with my friend Ed.

We know that the smoke that comes from an E-Cig is just vapor....but still if people are going to complain, the park must adhere to that persons complaint. Not only that but it just popped into my head that seeing someone smoke in line is also a bad influence on kids, I don't think parents want their kids to be staring at a smoker for 30 minutes or so. Bad image. Even the designated smoking areas dont help 100%, I think those areas are meant for the crabby smokers who need their nicotine fix. Besides, Ive walked near those areas and I can still smell the smoke....I would walk by the bathrooms in Southwest Territory across from the snack shack and smell smoke. I believe the designated area, if I recall, was next to the bathrooms next to Ricochet.
I wonder if those who drink beer at the park are allowed to walk away from the food court with their beer? Anywho, I believe Johhny.Ink put it best in an earlier post. I don't smoke so I don't have to worry about this really, other than the fact that cig smoke does easily trigger a migraine/headache for me. :x

No there's signs that say alcohol beverages must stay in the patio area.

Yes there is but people constantly knock them over. Alcohol must stay in the patio area where you buy it.

Alcoholic beverages purchased in the park may not leave the premises in which they are purchased.

seriously, does anyone ever read this!?

Honestly, I don't think people read the policies. Like me, I just go to the park, don't cause commotion, follow any rules on signs and thats it. I don't think Ive ever read their policies in it entirety lol. It would be good to have them on brochures at the park, better yet, why not hand a pamphlet with the parks policies with every season pass and one day ticket purchase? I like that idea. I don't think people are going to go out of their way to go online and read it, like most people, they like things handed to them, I know I do. The only thing I think would be a concern in the amount of litter that would accumulate because of people not disposing of them properly. But anywho, I believe smoking should be banned from the park premises, period.

parts of the policy such as behavior and smoking is on the ticket on the back. The entire policy is on the back of the park map (not Fright Fest, Fright Fest map only has parts of it)
