Deja Vu ran great towards the end of the year. It got to the point for me that I expected it to be open.

I am sorry but if any of you have the time to go pass Great America, go pass the employeys entrance way and look in you will see something that may catch your eye.

Here's what SFGAm is more than likely getting in '04:

Top Spin - Huss
Frisbee - Huss
Balloon Race - Zamperla
Wild Mouse - Zamperla
Track Record - 330something

evod: How do you know, i've never heard anything about the last three.

ALSO: Earier someone asked me what they put where CC was during mardi gras, this year they had this really annoying yellow, green, and purple clown windsock thing. So it's not really useing it, it's just sort of there.

To answer the first question... I have my sources. The second question, I believe the plot of land where CC once was will now be the Zamperla Balloon Race. Don't take my word for it though.

Honestly, SFGAdv was able to put up 25 attractions in one offseason. You really think four flats is too much?

Secondly, the Frisbee will not be going where PD/TP is. That would be directly over the employee walkway. They'd be mad to do that.

Agreed. 4 flats ain't too much at all. Look at SFWOA... 4 coasters in one year. I mean... good god! Then again, Six Flags isn't exactly in the best financial shape right now. Also, I agree, the Frisbee most likely will not be placed there.

Honastly I would really like to see Triple Play move over to Ameri-Go-Rounds spot. I think it would look amazing in the middle of the midway that would free up more space in the Power Dive, New Orleans Grill, Cajun Cliff hanger, and then Triple Play area. Thats just me : )

No no it sounds good. It would be cooler to feel like your your about to crash into other people rather then just cement sounds good, sounds good.

Most of this board has a life other than going to the park.
My Top 5: 1)TTD, 2)Millennium Force, 3)Raptor, 4)Deja Vu, 5)Raging Bull

Some of you really need to find other forms of activity to keep you occupied during the winter.

I drive by the park every weekend but still don't pull into the main entrance, employee entrance, etc, to find the littlest thing that might give a clue to something.

Stop stalking the park. :)
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

Well i went to Sfgam today. Took me about 30min to an hour by bike and hour to get back, so i am wiped out. I went to the employe parking lot where that blue sign is that says bus parking and seasonal parking that is about 10ft from the Guard shack. I did not see anything that caught my eye. All i saw from where i was standing was, the power dive car, the river rapids boats covered in blue tarps, the tubes to the bottom of the rapids boats, a downed parking light post, Shockwave track parts( RIP :( ) , and some other missalenious things. Only thing that i didn't know what it was is this thing that looked like coaster track but behind it was a small gray wheel that looked like it went to a lift hill, didn't get a good look so i dunno what it was. Other than that i saw nothing but i should have gone at least a lil over to see more of the parking lot but i didn't.

After that i went to the hill near the gate and didn't see much except a deserted sfgam. It was erie looking.

planea380: What did you see that you said would "Catch are eye" ? I went and only really got a good loook of par to fo the left side of the parking lot near iron wolf and didn't see a thing that caught my eye, sept some mysterious yellow coaster looking track but that could have been painted poles or somthing with a lift hill looking wheel behind it.

Well i finally saw some real confirmation for the multiple flats rumor. While at jewl which is already advertising their sale of 04 season passes their sighn advertising the season passes says new rides in 2004. By saying rides and not ride i i think its safe to assume we are getting more then one new flats for 04.

Hmm i should check this out. Is there anyway you could go back and take a pic of it and post it here for the peeps that don't have anytime to go to jewel or the ones that can't. Just a suggustion + it would put some little actul confirmation for this rumor on this site.

EDIT:that probably didn't make much sense but i think you can tell what i was trying to say.
