Bad experiences

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

Any bad experiences at SFGAM?? Tell.

I had one. I was running in the mad dash. I got to Raging Bull first. These stupid group of kids while going up to the station cut in front of me and starts pushing me around. One of hem cut right in front of me while sitting down in the front row of Bull. I tell one of the cast members and they send 2 back. They start talking smack about me the whole ride through and the best part was being spit in the face :!: You can tell that made my day. There was stuff in it and it landed right in my eye.....it stung! I was no happy ACEr.

Wow, some people are really arrogant.

Well, there was opening day, when I was getting stalked by two whores, and they acted like they owned the place and crap. I came pretty close to starting a fight with them.

Then there was Mother's Day, where me and my boyfriend rode Bull 12 times in a row, and I threw up.

I've also got spit on on Raging Bull twice this year. Whoever decided to spit on the ride, it ended up on my hand.

There have probably been more bad experiences but that's all I can think of.

I was walking down Vu's stairs once and my ankle went out from under me and I practically fell down the stairs in front of everyone, I sat down after that happened and saw that my ankle had swollen to the size of an orange and it hurt like crazy. It was so embrassing.

Yeah, at Fright Fest this clown was stalking me so I turned around and spewed profanities at him and then he walked away. So I thought everything was cool, and I heading toward SW Territory and I turn around and he's got FIVE of his little scaring clown friends with him. Nice huh?

Yes I have had a few bad exsperiences. There was the time when I was at Fright Fest and the monster scared me so bad I almost wet my pants. That was horrible. I'm never going to Great America on a full bladder at Fright Fest EVER again!

^ something like that happened to me too but I was being stalked by the one of the soldiers in Area 51, he was totally hooked on me because I was scared of the Aliens and he saw that so than he stalked me, I went to go see LAFF and we were waiting in the season pass line and I saw him and he had all of his buddies with him, I was so mad. he and the others yelled in my ear so loud I was practically deaf after that happened.

I remember you telling me about that last year. I can't stand those characters. I'm terrified that they'll sneak up on me and the same thing will happen or something worse.

getting stuck on Superman and King Chaos.

On opening day last year, I was about to go on Raging Bull, and it was front row. Right when I was about to get on, some person puked on the Green train, and it had to run for 20 Minutes, and I ended up being on that train.

Let's see...

I've had gum land on my shoulder while in line for S:UF. Some smart alec decided to spit it while the train passed over the que. I would've been protected by the yellow shady thing, but I was leaning along the rail, and the gum was spit on an angle. :(

My friend lost her cell phone on Bull. (Not really my bad experience, but still sucky!)

I got the crap scared out of me from a living bush in Necropolis last year during FF.

I puked on Giant Drop a few years back --- that's the only time I've ever puked on a ride!

There's more, but I can't think of them all...

We were on Great America Raceway, and my friend who was driving in front of me was being an idiot and kept stopping so I would bump into him. So I kept trying to stop when he stopped but I also tried to keep moving as fast as I could because there was people behind us so I did occasionally bump into his car. And then this lady behind me started catching up and saw that I bumped into him and was screaming at me for the rest of the time yelling "No bumping." It was annoying because this lady was getting really pissed off at me for doing something I wasn't even meaning to do and I kept telling my friend in front of me to stop stopping the car because it was really annoying and this lady was getting after me, but of course he didn't stop. It was just a terrible ride on Great America Raceway. I wouldn't be surprised if she even complained about me.

well, there was one time when we were having a water fight, and i slipped and fell and my elbow started bleeding. then there was another time when my friend jeff was walking with me down the exit of viper, and he pushed me into the wooden fences, and jammed my knee into it. I couldn't walk right for the next day.

i haven't had any gum spitting, spit dropping, wet my pants because of scary guys in fright fest moments, and i've been going there every year since 99

Remember back in '03 when Vu was down and there was a big fuss about it? Well Vu had finally opened back up, and my brother and I got in line. We got into the station and were maybe two trains away when suddenly, it miscatches. We waited two and a half hours and got sent back. Damn.

He worst experiance I had is every time someone jumps the line in front of me. Can't someone just like push them so they fall on the ground when they jump so they break their arm or something?
Candy: What you lookin' at?
Otis B. Driftwood: I'm lookin' at you, mama.
Candy: Yeah, you see something you like?
Otis B. Driftwood: Maybe. I set my standards pretty low, so I'm never disappointed.

The SAME thing happened to me last year. I totally was not expecting it. Now I get scared to walk past that point every time.

Just look straight ahead and they won't bother you. ^ ^

Except in the Haunted Houses...I didn't like those because it was dead silent so you could tell someone was about to jump out at you and then they did and its like "Oh you just scared me." I don't know, I don't get into the halloween spirit that much. I hate being publicly scared! :)

No it isn't so. They probably won't always bother you, but they do when you're not looking.
