Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

What does everyone think of the construction of the waterpark and what you can see from it on the webcam?

What I see right now is...

A Hole.

A Dumptruck.

Lots of Dirt.

And Temporary Offices.

Its going to be a bit before we see something interesting really happen. Hopefully they'll be able to pour the concrete for the Wave Pool before it gets too cold, otherwise we'll be way behind schedule.

If you watch the webcam everyday you might catch them taking the trains off of Raging Bull. That is the only interesting thing we will see right now.

There, this proves it is indeed a dumptruck and not a cement truck no matter how bad you want it to be one.

I just see piles of dirt, a few tents in the lot, and a couple of trucks, could be cement trucks, but they are not near the pool though. They could be laying the cement for the middle first, well just wait and see.

See I don't think much has gone on because of all the rain we had for about 2 straight weeks. It seemed that they couldn't move any dirt because of the weather. That probably put construction a bit behind. But they definatly need to start moving a little bit faster if they can, because who knows how the weather in Chicago will be these next few months.

looks like they may have taken it down. either that or there's some problem on the server side.
I don't have a detonator; its on a timer.
A countdown timer?
No, a count-up timer. It goes from one to explode.

I think they are doing this on purpose so that the next image shows the whole Skull Mountain up. I dont know, it doesn't work for me too.

Six Flags host their own site, like most corporations.

^ Did anybody say they didn't host there own site? If there is no image uploaded, then of course your going to get a broken link. It doesn't matter who the site is hosted by.

Acually a lot of companies dont host their own sites. Thats why so many webhosting companies offer corperate hosting.

Well it looks like it's been another slow week with construction due to all the rain. This is definatly slowing progress down because they really can't dig much for the wave pool due to the rain.

What else are they really working on right now from the webcam view?
