The only 2 rides I've gotten stuck on were King Chaos and Revolution. I waited a whole 45 minutes for King Chaos, and the ride started up and when it first reached the top, the car was released when it wasn't supposed to be and we were stuck up there for 15 minutes. It was fun, but annoying at the same time. Especially since I had a girl constantly screaming next to me.
When I got stuck on Revolution about 2 months later, it was quite interesting. The crowds weren't bad at all that day, and the wait was like 2 minutes long. The ride started up for a few seconds and then stopped. We were stuck for about 7 minutes. People were saying a bunch of stuff while we were stuck, I can't remember what but it was interesting. Then the ride started up and people kept yelling "FASTER FASTER FASTER!" It was quite fun.
Shockwave. I took a friend of mine who was afraid of the ride on it and we got stuck halfway up the lift hill. I was joking around and trying to freak him out about the ride so when we got stuck he was seriously going crazy. it was only like 10 minutes and then he enjoyed the ride.
I can remember seeing Raging Bull stopped on its lift when that girl died from choking on her gum or whatever it turned out to be. I was in Firehouse pizza and I looked out the doors and there was RB, sitting still.
I don't have a detonator; its on a timer.
A countdown timer?
No, a count-up timer. It goes from one to explode.
The only coaster or ride for that matter that I have gotten stuck on was shockwave. The time I remember the most was when I was in the front row, and the train was like half way down the drop, and it got stuck. It was kinda cool though because we could see everybody just watching and waving to us. I was like 12 when it happened. I think it's fun to be stuck on some rides.

Somehow, I have trouble believing that. So the train got stuck midway through the drop or did it valley?
I've been stuck on Revolution this year for about 20 minutes. I've also been stuck on Vertical Velocity 2 years ago during Fright Fest.(2001) We were stopped on the launch track area for about 30 minutes while they figured out the problem.

I think coasterkid means that the car was at the top, and the front half made it over the top and into the pre-drop (did Shockwave have one?), but the back was still on the chain.

Thank you, yes that is what I meant, the back of the train was still on the chain lift. shockwave didn't have a predrop, it curved, so the front car was on the curve.
I've also been stuck on Triple play, and Giant Drop. Giant drop is so scary when your like 200ft in the air for 20 minutes, it is by far the best expierience of any rides, but it doesn't break down too often
V2-Between station and spike
BTR-Someone threw up, so we were stuck before the station for 10 minutes.
AEB-Before Station
Revolution-The tires made a burning smell because they weren't flowing with the ride. Honorable mention: We did the wave sitting down.
Hrmm, lets see, I've been stuck a few times in a few places
Yankee Clipper, as the boat was heading to the lift, the gate at the bottom of the lift closed(part of an E-stop), and I ended up being stuck there for around 3 hours (after being rearended several times and haveing the trough completely drained, they never Evacuated us because there was current detected in the water(cause of the E-Stop), got an exit pass for that one.
Shockwave: They said they set up the ride, but that was obviously false as the final brakes was in plain view, but either way the train was stopped in the blocks for maybe 15-20 minutes while everything was reset. Was freaky getting stuck (very violent stop, and the block brake did rock around 5-10 feet side to side for quite some time after the train stopped) after we stopped, they dispatched a train from the station, and it proceeded to climb the lift til it got to the very top and for a second it looked as if it was going to crest the lift, and that would have been a very bad thing, though it stopped at the check point as we were occupying the block ahead of it (I dont trust Arrow's and their operating systems when it comes to that kind of thing, I was sitting on pins til it finally stopped), and again got an exit pass for this one also.
Whizzer- got stuck at the top of the lift as alot of sparks were spotted coming from under the train(was night time and the sparks were raining down and quite visible I was told), took around 10 mins for maintaince to show up, tell the ride op that that's normal and get us going again. (No exit pass for this one)
Space Shuttle America- I've been on 3 seperate ride stops there, they take around 20 mins to fix (a good part of that sitting in the dark), one time people took it upon themselves to force the lapbar open and evac themelseves, for which I refused to participate in, which pissed off quite a few people in my row(though they just went out the wrong direction), security was impressed though when they showed up and I was the only one to actually follow directions and stay put (plus it was in the upper 90's outside and nicely AC'd inside, I didnt care how long it took/was going to take, I wasnt going anywhere), again, no exit pass
Raging Bull- Got a block stop due to a setup(verifiable this time), took like 10-15 mins to get going again, suprisingly no exit pass, though we did get a second ride, which was good as with a block stop, Bull's ending goes from dull, to it downright sucks, just barely making it to the end at a snails pace. Also I've been stuck on it several times in the final brakes, when there is something up with the train in the station (like a mispark)
Batman- first time, ride went normally, we eventually made it back to the station where as soon as the train parked, the ride went down and the restraints would not unlock, we sat there for like 5-10 mins before maintaince shut down the ride completely, and they let us unbuckle the seatbelts and they manually opened the OTSR's row by row. Second time was on the lift, they stopped the train to get someone's camara, was only for a few mins.
Incredble Hulk at IOA- Block stop for around 10-15 mins, no idea what happened, but that same ride we got stuck near the bottom of the lift, ride was having alot of problems that day, eventually went down to one train, then they shut down the ride all together by the end of the day.
Lost Coaster at IB- Got the holy grail of ride malfunctions, the train vallied Got to the end of the ride and it had just rained and the tires were unable to lift us up to that station level track, so after like 2-3 mins of it trying and some rocking by ride ops it was obvious the tires were burning and we werent going anywhere, so they shut it down and we rolled back maybe 100-200 feet back into the ride (just about back to the rotating tunnel), then we rolled back to the exit and back and forth for a couple minutes til the train found a low spot(in an area making evacuation impossible), took maybe 20-30 mins in there before they pushed us to the exit where they had adjusted the kicker wheels and on another attempt which nearly failed again, they got us up and finally got us off in the station.
Ricochet at PKD(may not be named ricochet, but it's the Wild Mouse there), ended up getting stuck in one of the blocks for like 10 mintes for some reason(looked like a setup, but no one would say anything one way or the other). I was the only person in the car, so it was fairly strange, just sitting there with people on the midway passing by and pointing and staring at me
Legend at Holiday World, got stuck on the lift during a SRM ERT, ride was having some issues I think due to the 2 trains they had just started running, and we had maybe 5-10 minutes before Jeff Hammersley got everything going again.
Journey to Atlantis at Seaworld Florida, got stuck on the short lift that's inside the ride building with the statue with the lit up green eyes at the top of it, that was like a 20 minute delay, got a double ride for that one. Also, behind me there were some business people (who seemed to be from IAAPA, as this was during the show) who were conducting business behind me, as the people in the front of the boat were boarderling freaking out about being stuck (I wont say exactly what business was being conducted behind me, but it was for a rather cool project in the carnival industry involving a new ride at the time).
River Caves, an old mill ride at Southport Pleasureland in England, someone was rocking a boat ahead of us, and due to the long boat and narrow trough their boat partially tipped over and jammed in the trough, eventually the ride ops noticed all 12 boats had gone missing and werent coming back and came searching for us, eventually found us and determined they couldnt fix it and the evacuated everyone in that massive jam, I can honeslty say it sucked, evac consisted of walking on a 6 inch wide round, wet and slippery, concrete thing (top of the side of the trough), and the celing clearance was around alittle less than 5 feet, and we had to walk probably around 100-200 feet on this round slippery edge until we got to an exit where we could exit the building (it was all indoors and very dark in there)./ It did reopen later that day, where everyone in our boat/group went back and took a re-ride this time completing the circuit, and expieriencing one of the few remaining Ol Mill rides in the world, and one of the even fewer ones that still have a lift and drop at the end of the ride.
I know theres one or 2 I'm forgetting, if I remember i'll add them on if they are noteworthy

When i was on the giant drop i passed out half way up the lift, and then i don't remember the drop, but my girlfriends friend got off and started laughing at me and then i woke up or whatever you call it, and then our OTSR were stuck. The ride op gave me her water and in 10 minutes we were off. We got a free coupon for a medium drink too.
On AEB it was the last ride of the day and i don't know what happened but we got stuck in one of the blocks.
On AER it was my sisters first ride on the eagle, and these four people were swinging their shirts over their heads. The ride ops told them to stop, but they didn't so they e-stopped the ride and then once security got there they started the ride again.
I was also on Screamin' Eagle at SFSTL and twords the top of the lift hill it seamed to slow down alot. I don't think it was going to stop but it was weird.
I've been stuck on stuff too. But the scariest one was when my harness on deja vu didn't close all the way and when we were brought backwards i held myself up by holding onto the seat. The force of moving forwards then made it click into place but that 10 seconds or so where i was holding myself in...scariest 10 seconds on a rollercoaster. It was during this same experience that the tower miscatched and we had to wait around 35 min to get off. We were in the station, just, a little too far back.
What's most entertaining is the other people on a ride when its broken. The girls behind me were soooo freaked out.
What you don't understand you can make mean anything.
S:UF the one in Georgia on the liftt for about 15 minutes.
American Eagle Red for 20 minutes.
The other ones were not more then 5 minutes and include various rides.
