Demon Flags?

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

I can't remember did The Demon have the flags on top of the lift hill last year? Because this year it doesn't yet. Does any one know if they are putting them on this year? Or they just haven't gotten to it yet?

When I was little I saw those flags, counted them, and noticed there were more than 6. I never understood what they were there for.

Guests kept standing up on the coaster last year, and grabbed and tore one of them. So they weren't sure on whether to do it again or not.

Huh, standing up on the Demon?? How did they manage that...much less be able to stand up enough to grap something. I remember there being a American Flag on Demons lift at one time, can't remember last time I remember seeing it though.

Yeah, there were flags on the Demon  lift hill last year....believe me i know. but i dont have any idea what that guy means by standing up on the ride......cause that might be kind of hard. but anyways, the demon is the best ride around, and i will personally kill anyone who defaces it (well, except for the gum wall)

I was just looking at Coasterchild and yes, the flags were there last year, but then I saw a picture of Demon during Fright Fest and they were gone. Does any one know why that is?

I guess "standing up" was an incorrect term. "Riding Improperly" would have been a better one.

I allways remember Demon having the orange Fright Fest flags on the lift every year. I'm pretty sure it was done last year.

SFWoA has really lowered the number of flags on its coasters too. About 5 or 6 coasters had them, now it is just one. No more remain on lift hills.
