As for the new attraction, whatever it is, BB was taken out QUICK. I would hope that if work is this underway already, it's going to be a big ride. Let's hope.
What I'm interested in right now though is wanting to know wtf the front entrance plans are! I want to see a rendering. I'm hoping what's up now is just the skeletal structure & it will be an actual building soon.

I just hope they attach Batman area to Demon area so you don’t have to walk the whole park to get there. Make things accessible.
The only space where I see that working is if they use that path between dipper and Karts..... And that path is not nearly wide enough for the amount of foot traffic would be going through there.
Not to mention there's no room to make it a bridge.
The large gate between batman and the bathrooms is a no-go because there's so much stuff in the way. Entertainment office, parade float storage, the employee cafeteria....

If they rip out go karts there will for sure be room for them to make magic. If they put a coaster there it needs to happen! LOL [emoji23] I’m not making any exceptions! #feelthewrathofangryinternetdude
I still think it’s a no go There’s too much in the backstage area they’d have to relocate and I doubt they would shell out the money for a bridge over the area. That road also has to be kept since it’s the main access for the Emergency Vehicles if needed and park employee access as well.

I honestly can’t imagine what type of coaster would be able to fit in *just* BB’s spot. They have to be planning to use more than just that plot of land, right?

Well remember DejaVu used to be there? Six Flags New England is putting a new coaster in the plot of land where they had theirs. A Intamin Multi Launch Family coaster, so it is possible.

Yeah that is true but I just can’t imagine something like a full length B&M dive fitting in that spot. I hope we’re not getting another shuttle-type coaster like Great Adventure’s super boomerang.

Considering I think I can count on one hand how many times I’ve been at the park since it was built I could give a rats tootie patootie about it. Such a wasted space for so long. Did not do justice for Deja / Sky whirl / Hay Baler. Especially Deja.

Nah even Deja didn't do enough jutice for Sky Whirl especially since it broke down alot
Old Great America was better, however I hope just a bit of that charm comes back
I see everyone wants a path between County Fair and Yukon/Yankee and i agree. I think the best way to do it is to have the service path be lowered by that part in some way(like it would start inclining down at batman) while the upper path is a covered bridge to hide the backstage. Mixing the Midwestern Hometown and County vibe with the Yukon/Yankee theming on the bridge would make a really cool cohesive effect. Idk how i'd do it but i think that rough draft would be cool as it'll benefit guests who want a shortcut while at the same time hiding the backstage stuff and not effecting it, thus keeping the original Duell loop.

Besides the Buccaneer Battle plot, me bets are on the Demon stand, Bloodshed’s (or whatever the haunted house near Demon is) plot, and BB’s overflow plot. It would be epic having a coaster that crossed over the midway and with the Bloodshed plot, they wouldn’t need to remove the go-karts. If the park wanted to keep Bloodshed, they could put it next to Lobster or replace the haunted house in Southwest Territory. It honestly depends which makes more money. Do people pay more for the go-karts or is Bloodshed more popular?
I'm still sticking with this one. Infact, they might use that whole area in front of Demon and make the park a complete circle. They did it back in 2002, when they closed the bridge from to Hometown Square to County Fair with a trampoline ride. Perhaps they might do it again? I think the lift hill and drop will be right behind the Grand Music Hall and the kids rides from Hometown Park will be relocated to one of the other kids areas
So much for Hometown park if that were the case, wouldn't have lasted long haha. But I doubt they'd move First Aid. So I don't see that scenario happening, or cutting the midway.

RailBlazer at the sister park is pretty close to the same plot of land...

This looks pretty unrealistic as hell for a coaster

The only difference is that CGA doesn't have a Hometown Park (unless they get rid of it here)
Looking at Google Maps tho, a Railblazer can work, but it will probably have to come at the sacrifice of more Greenery

I have to agree since the park would probably only use Buccaneer Battle and the go-karts, but it they were to use all of that, that would be amazing. They could probably move the rides to Camp Cartoon or Kidzopolis and make it a part of some major overhaul. Possibly Kidzpolis becomes Bugs Bunny World and they rename the rides to their original names. If this were to happen, I wouldn’t be surprised if Krazy Kara was torn out for a new Kiddie coaster.

How so? You could damn near fit a clone of Griffon in that plot of land. Let me guess, those kids rides and that building are from the Marriot era and can't be touched for emotional and sentimental reasons?

Pretty much, and also they're probably not going to get it open in time for the next season so why close the midway and force people to go around, and have Demon closed
