Seatbelts on Raging Bull???

There have been reports that Diamondback at Kings Island and Behemoth at Canada's Wonderland have added seatbelts. My understanding is that it does not effect the ride experience at all, but does slow down dispatch times. Has anyone heard if RB is getting belts? Would you be surprised if Great America did or did not put belts on RB?

Personally, I think the ride experience will be different, I just don't want them to slow down the dispatch times.
