Piped in crowd noise?

I noticed just to the right when you enter BTR , a speaker playing crowd noise kids screaming and laughing. I heard this in one other place before but cant remember. Is this part of BTR theming or a trick to make the park sound like it is full?

It is unique to B:TR to make you feel as though you are in a nice city park.

Batman the ride had maybe the best theming in the whole park. The sounds of kids playing/laughing, the fire hydrant next to the cop car shot water out, and the Joker's theme played when going up the stairs. I guess that is the only part left.

The sound of the kids is a generic sound effect. You can hear it on some random commercials and shows.

You also might hear some gun shots, and of course the regular music. Don't forget about the birds chirping too.

I have never heard the "birds" chirping while in line for BTR but I have noticed it in line for Viper.

I have never heard birds chirping or children screaming/laughing. I guess I have never paid attention!

When in line in the outdoor section, take a careful look at the birdhouses, especially from underneath. You'll find that they are already occupied and no birds live there....

That is true I have never had to wait out in the park area, that must be why.
