Season Parking Pass Question

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

I'll be going to Great America with a friend on Tuesday and I would like to get my season parking pass. My friend will be the one driving, however. I know they used to give you a sticker to put on your season pass (I have my season pass already). Is that how they still do it? Will I be able to use the season parking pass to park with her on Tuesday and then use it for my own car for the rest of the summer?

this year they dont put a sticker on your pass they make you go to pass proscessing center and print you out a whole new pass that says right above your picture parking

when you enter at the gate you just tell them that you are buying a parking pass today then they give you 2 choices first choice-pay for ticket holder parking(in cash or credit) now its called value $15 or regular $25 parking (if you do that make sure you get a repciet) once in the park go to pass proscessing center in home town square. after you wait in a long line they will need to see the repciet and will take off that much money of your $65 parking pass. then they print you out a new one there

second choice-when you arrive at the front gates tell them you would like to buy a season parking pass there at the gates. they ask for a credit card but they accept cash too. they give you a repciet that says full paid 2008 season parking pass the attendant has to sign the repciet and so do you in your car. then they let you enter the park and park in the front. once in the park go ro season pass proscesing center and show them the full paid parking pass repciet and once again the print you out a whole new pass just like i said before and this way is nice because you dont need to get out money while in the park
hope that helps :!: :D

Thanks for the information.
Since I will have to wait in line at the processing to have the new season pass card made, can I just keep my receipt and have that done the next time I go to the park? This will be my friend's one chance to go to the park this summer, and I don't want to make her wait in line with me at the processing center.

If you loose your pass, do they have any record of you having a parking pass? Last year I got the sticker, and I was afraid that if I lost my pass, I would have to get a new parking pass.

with the sticker they would have had no record, but now I would think for sure they have it noted in the records, so if they printed you a replacement pass it would say parking on it.
