Question about RTC3: Soaked

Soaked is an expantion pack? or a whole new game. will it allow you to add onto games you already have? like say you have a complete SFGA made on RTC3. would the expantion pack allow you to add the water park. as in real life how they are adding HH onto SFGA? or will you have to build water parks as seperate games
it is an expansion pack, not a new game. as for your other question, I don't know. I couldn't even guess as I don't own rct3.
I don't have a detonator; its on a timer.
A countdown timer? No, a count-up timer. It goes from one to explode.
