It could be either or. It depends on your computer. But either way it could be both. I dont like that game much anyways, too corny. If I were you I'd just stop playing it. LOL! I never did like it, even Sim Theme Park for PS2.
But anyways, I would check your computer first, then if theres nothing wrong with your computer, and the problem persists, its the game, and you should then remove it from your system. Heres some options for checking your computer incase you dont know:
1. Run a Scan Disk-it will check all you drives for errors, and get rid of useless information, and files.(will give you back hard drive space)
2. Run a Virus Scan- just to make sure that you dont have any viruses.DUH! lol
3. Delete Your Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and History- Just to give a little space back and make the system run better.
If none of these fix your problem try this:
Remove the game from your system, and reinstall it.
