Hyper Rails Update:

I have HR but it doesnt work, and on the site the update wont work either. Think anyone can help me on this one?

Try giving those who have the game some idea of what your problem is. "It doesn't work" doesn't provide many clues on what the problem is.My only suggestion is return it to the store, and buy No Limits. It has a community of designers (they really aren't players, you can't "play" a simulator) and they are usually more than happy to help newbies make tracks that are good. Hyper Rails has almost no followers.

When I open the program, it asks what track I want etc. Then out of no where, the program closes. I have to no idea whats going on...

Do you have the latest drivers for your GFX Card? Does your computer meet the system requriements? Have you uninstalled and reinstalled?
