10/11

Let us know how your day at the park was.
Postby Ragingbullmaniac on October 12th, 2008, 1:05 am
Crowded.....But I'm sure a lot of you know that already so I won't elaborate on lines and crowds and all that bull.

Here is the order of my day:
King Chaos
BTR
V2
Predator
Pit and Pendulum
Dare Devil Dive.....It was my first time and I got to pull the cord!!! SCARY!!!
(Food)
Necropolis
TT
Freak Show (I sacrificed a dollar just so I could staple it to his chest!!)
LAFF (amazing like always....talked to cast afterwards and got pics with them all)
King Chaos (again only at night)
and then Funnel Cakes....

It was a pretty cool day despite the crowds.....I was supposed to go tomorrow but that's not going to happen because my mom got suddenly sick and started coughing up blood when we got back home....So hopefully she will be ok. :(

Nobody wanted to wait in the 2+ hour line for it, I did not, but I waited 45 min for Eagle and 45 for Demon.

Fun report. I had two question for you. One, how was Dare devil dive? I'm trying to convince my fiancée to do it and she wants to know what it is like from someone that did it. Secondly, are the funnel cakes discounted near closing? I keep seeing a ton of people with them near close.

Thanks

The regular flash passes "sold out" which means they stopped selling them so if you really wanted one you would have to get the gold and not many people from here are willing to spend that much.

oh man triple D is so nuts!!! major adrenaline rush!!! well worth the cash!!! when you get up there and they countdown you get this amazing rush!!! also if yer the one to pull the cord (i was the one who did) it also gives another rush because u control when u fall. that fall is just shocking!! i love it. i was gona do it again later solo but i didnt wanna spend all my money.

as for the funnel cakes i dunno. i have a season pass so i get em cheaper anyway. not sure. i think everyone just likes funnel cakes!! we waited in line for one for over 20 minutes!

I wouldn't mind spending the money on a gold flash pass since I can go on all the rides I want as many times as I want to. Better than those 1+hour lines for the biggies.

Glad you had a good even if it was crowded. Those FP holders are making the lines go more slower they should really limit those. Some people where getting mad at them for holding up the line.

Hey I understand but if I spend an extra $80 on my flash passes even if I have a season pass I think I'm entitled to get on the ride faster. The only time I get mad if when other flash pass people go before their time and have to wait resulting in a unnecessary long line.
