June 13 and CAD

Let us know how your day at the park was.

My friend Jeremy and I decided to go later in the day and arrived around 4. We waited in the car a few minutes because it was downpouring. Then, it let up and we rode The Hometown Fun Machine. It's improved a lot for some reason. I remember it being much slower. Then, we met up with my other friend T.J. and his friend Robert. (Lots of friends, stay with me) We rode Triple Play (Yellow car of course) I rode orbit for the 1st time and liked it. Then, we went over to Demon. Jer found some original flames under the grey paint in the back of the station. I'm pretty sure we took front row and and like always, it was fun. We all went into Southwest Territory and rode Ricochet. Then, we saw AE blue was finally open so we got in line. Pretty short line. While in line, AE Red opened so we started racing! TJ's friend Robert was scared to go but the rest of us went. It was fun as always. Front row. After that, we rode Logger's Run together. On the photo, I ducked though. =/ We rode Whirlygig and took Robert on Batman for his first time. It was a short wait but there was mustard all over the hand-rail in different spots. Gross. Only like a 10 minute wait. Fun and he loved it. Yankee Clipper was again closed so we proceeded into Mardi Gras. just for the heck of it, we rode Jester Molester and Big Easy Balloons screaming at the top of our lungs. Then, we took a spin on Condor and ate Dinner at the Burger King close-by. After dinner, we went on Sky Trek Tower (Which I had never done) I love the air conditioning! Then, we went on Hometown Fun Machine again buz T.J. wanted to. We went on Demon once more in the back, then went on Viper for our first Coasters after Dark ride. 15 minute wait for front row. Extremely fun and me and Jer put our shirts up for the pic. lol. For some reason, T.J. and Robert ditched us for V2 so me and jer went on Eagle again. Only 3 cycles for front row blue and it was fun again. Then, we saw we had an hour left until 11 so we decided to marathon Demon the rest of the night. We got 15 rides on yellow car in a row but Jer lost his phone so he was kind of bummed by ride 11. Oh well, the ride op was cool and shouted random things. We made a new friend. =) Overall, extremely fun day (Maybe not so much for Jer) but lots of great rides and short lines.
