Well, I made my first trip of the year to SFGAm on Saturday, and overall it was a really good day. I'm not going to go into too much detail, but I will explain the highlights.
When the chain dropped, we went to the left into Orleans Place, and caught quick rides on Batman, V2, and Iron Wolf. Then we went to American Eagle, and got two rides in a row on Blue without getting out of the train.
Surprisingly, our first wait of the day came at Demon, which was about 10mins. Then it was a 20 min wait for Bull, because someone puked in the red train. After that it was out to the parking lot for lunch.
Once we came back in, the park was packed. We got a ride on Whizzer, with a 30min wait, Viper (20min wait), and S:UF (55min wait). After the coasters, we took rides on The Orbit, River Rocker, Ricochet, Scenic Railroad, Triple Play, King Chaos, and another ride on the Whizzer. We ended the day with Sky Trek Tower.
Notes:
*I can definately see the difference in Six Flags this year. Characters were everywhere, employees were friendly, and the park/bathrooms were clean.
*Special props go out to the morning crews on American Eagle, and the afternoon crews on Whizzer, Viper, and Triple Play for being very interactive with the guests, getting riders pumped up; ect. It was very nice seeing this, and I hope it spreads to other rides in the park.
*Raging Bull, Demon, and Whizzer running three trains all day (from what I could see.) The only ride closed all day was Giant Drop.
*I really liked all the landscaping under S:UF. All of those trees should be big in no time.
*Only complaint: The ride ops for Ricochet were agonizingly slow. What looked like a nice short line of about 35 people, took well over 20 minutes.
All in all, it was a great day, save for the crowds. Can't wait to go again!
Thanks for reading.

They've all been running 3 trains daily for awhile, its a beautiful thing.

Ricochet has one operator.
It is quite common for it to take forever to load because nobody checks the height stick before entering the line. A lot of parents look at the ride and send their kids in line for it thinking that since its a flat their kids are tall enough to ride: GUESTS BETWEEN 42" AND 54" MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. Its not uncommon at all for the operator to have to explain to a large group of small kids that every one of them needs to have an adult to ride with them, and a lot of kids dont understand/talk/speak english so it is one big disaster. Rue Le Dodge has this height restriction also, which is why it takes forever to load, hence why I never wait in line for either. It never fails either, EVERY cycle, sometimes many many groups need lectures by the operators because they dont understand and didnt check the height stick at the entrance.
Sounds like you had a wonderful time. It's great that the employee's were enthusiastic, as they should be. As for running 3 trains on most coasters, that's also a good thing.

Ricochet has 1 operator... and one attendant, but if you work the ride, people call you an op.
What's really funny, is that you think I'm from the GP (General Public). When indeed, I most likely know far more about the coaster, as I've rode it multiple times.
