May 5, 2007 - Opening Day

Let us know how your day at the park was.
Postby DejaVuGurl1203 on May 6th, 2007, 9:08 am
Alright well I'm going to try to sum it up.

We got to the park shortly before it opened and when it did, we ran to Viper and got first dispatch. That was a great ride, and we went on again. Today we kind of circled the park a lot. We did a lot of looking around in all the shops. I also really wanted to play a game and win a large prize. I enjoyed seeing all the characters in the park. I hugged a few of them because I was just in a hugging mood this day lol. I first hugged that skunk Le Pew, Tweety, Yosemite Sam, Foghorn Leghorn, and that dog from Wiggles World (only because Josh hugged him first, lol). Speaking of which, some point in the day we were in line for Bull and a group of 7+ went right in front of us. Bull was down, and we heard someone had peed on it... so we left the line and went to Giant Drop, where we found Josh and his friend Jim (or actually, Josh found me...) so we rode with them, and pretty much spent the rest of the evening with them. With 5 minutes left, we ran from Revolution to V2, but the line was already closed off. So was Batman's. So we separated because I wanted to go play a game or two. We ended up seeing them later on, and it's like why are you guys still here?! They got the last ride on SUF! We were upset lol.

I think I like BTR better than Bull now. I just enjoy that ride soo much, it never gets old. Plus it was the big coaster I started out with.

Let's see, one person puked while boarding AER's train, which was when we were boarding too... We waited forever for it to open back up. Then, someone puked on Iron Wolf, and way later someone supposedly peed on Raging Bull. LOL. We had a bit of bad luck today. Oh, but none of the rides had technical issues while we were in line! We saw no breakdowns, wow, that was amazing.

Viper - 4
BTR - 2
Bull - 2
AER - 2
AEB - 1
Iron Wolf - 1
Triple Play - 1
Revolution - 2
Giant Drop - 2
ERC - 1
Roaring Rapids - 1
Ragin Cajun - 1
Total - 20

When we left the park there was a bad accident out by the entrance.

When did someone pee on RB because we when we got in for it the trains weren't running but they didn't close of the entrance. We were wondering what was going on.

Yeah at that time they didn't close off the entrance. I think it was after 5 or 6. Not positive if that's what actually happened, but that was what someone had said.

it was interesting. I didn't see you at all yesterday. Usually I do see you around the park. It was a good day for us as well. we got on a lot of stuff, including almost everything in wiggles world. If Director Guy will ever get his TR up, then everyone can see.

Ally I definitely saw you, Dan, and Director Guy a few times. I saw so many people. I saw you guys getting on AEB when it first opened, we were waiting for AER to open back up.

Haha yeah Tony, it definitely was an amazing first dispatch which is why we just got right back on. Didn't you too?
