Well, after 4 hours of sleep monday night, 5 hours of sleep last night, and some other dumb stuff happening at home in the morning, we left. Got there at about 11:30. The parking lot was FILLED.
I headed over to Viper and waited about 30 minutes for the back. After that extremely intense first drop, my day became slightly better. After that I headed over to Raging Bull. Used my fastlane and waited 5 minutes for the back. This ride also seems to be getting better and better every time I ride it. I hopped onto Giant Drop with my fastlane and had the usual great ride on that.
I headed over to Demon but there was a line (surprisingly, then again it was packed today). So I went over to AE. Blue was down for a few minutes, so some people left the line. I got on blue, last row to leave the station, in about 30 minutes. Right before the big helix, my sunglasses started to fall off on one side, so when we slowed down up at the helix, I fixed them. Had a nice ride on that, and it seemed a little faster before the helix, and it was trimmed really hard.
We ate some lunch at Farmer's Market. I went over to IW after that and waited in line for a few minutes, until I saw that the whole que was filled up, and I didn't feel like waiting. So I went over to V2, que was full, so I used my fastlane. Got in row 4 in about 5 minutes. This ride just blows me away, especially the launch. Then I used my fastlane on Batman and waited 10 minutes for the front. I haven't ridden the front in a long time and this was a fun ride. I still prefer the back, though. The front has a nice view.
I went back over to Viper and waited 30 minutes for the back. Then I went over to Raging Bull which had an almost full que, and waited 40 minutes for the back. I went on Viper again with another 30 minute wait for the back row. I headed over to Demon which still had a line and went on it anyways. I was right under the lift's tunnel when all of a sudden it shook for a few seconds. I knew exactly what happened, it was stuck on the lift. So it was down and a lot of people left the line, and I was surprised to see the rat mazes full. I got on in the back row in about 20 minutes. The airtime on the first drop still scares the crap out of me!
I went on Viper again, with another 30 minute wait for the back. The ride felt a lot faster... Then I waited in the long RB line again, 40 minutes for the back. It was ALMOST a night ride!
We left at 8:30 and went to McDonalds. As we were leaving we saw some fireworks going on at the park. I figured it was for the show they had. That was the first time I saw fireworks at a park... and wow, it is amazing! Overall today was pretty good. Just another ordinary day at SFGAm.

Because it's just fun gettting stuck on chainlifts, probably Iron Wolf was fun when I got stuck on its chainlift for the first couple of minutes...then I just wanted to get the ride to start up again
What did you have on yesterday because I think I might have saw you! in my opinion, yesterday was a day of breakdowns.I was stuck on V2 for 20-25 minutes in the morning when it cleared the station and stopped. Luckily, it was under shade and I did get an exit pass. I came back later that day to use the exit pass on it, and just before my turn, it breaks down again. Of course, then I was talking to the ride op for a while and he said this was a common thing that happens all the time. The good thing is, I got my ride! I saw a strange thing as I got off V2. There were a whole bunch of ride ops standing in the station of IMS. The weird thing about was they were talking about Vu. So who knows what they were doing..
My first impression was that is was the 2003 ride op crew for Vu. I don't really know what they were saying, but I did happen to overhear something about August. Who knows if that's when it will open or that is when they will start testing.

O yeah did you hear that they were taking iron wolf out today and they will have sky whirl, tidal wave, and whirlgig back up by the end of the week i cant waiT!!
Due to staffing issues, SFGAm will only run Deja-Vu for half a season from now on.Expect August openings for DV from here on out.**Note: this was sarcasm, so dont reply telling me I am wrong:roll:
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.
