What do I see???

so we got into the park grounds, and headed to our hotel

and after getting situated in the hotel, we headed to the front of the hotel to get the shuttle...and jeff did a dance....

we were driven to the Millennium Force Entrance, and were greated by some creepy fanboys. One was stretching and said he did this a lot...they were kind of creepy. So once the gates opened, we headed for....

We rode back row, and there were only five people on the train. I wasn't completely impressed with this ride when i first rode it. There just wasn't too much to it.
After this, we headed to

it was a bit of a wait, maybe 25 minutes at the most. We rode in the first train, and i loved it. I loved the rush of energy....it woke me up a bit.
After dragster, we headed over to Power tower...

We decided to ride both sides, and so we were launched up first, and were dropped next.
After this, we headed over to Magnum XL-200. We rode in back row. I thought this ride was okay, not the greatest though. After that, we headed over to Skyhawk, but it was broken when we got back there

Jeff's mom met up with us then, and we decided to ride Wildcat. I thought the ride was okay, i liked the cars for it. During this time, they were playing "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes" on the Drive in screen, and those showed a preview for this ride...

Next we rode

Iron Dragon, but when we got there, someone had just gotten sick, and so they had to clean it up. It was a short wait, and we rode in the back. It was a cool ride, the first half was boring though. I liked the second half.
We headed to the front of the park, and rode Blue Streak. I liked this wooden coaster,it was dark too.
On our way to eat, i took some pictures of the theming...

So we headed over to Johnny Rockets for dinner....

and they danced for us..

After dinner, we decided to check out their scare zones, so we went to

I was scared out of my pants in this house.....I wanted out. We left that and headed to Maxair...

I liked this flat ride. I like it more than Revy....Revy makes me sick.
After Maxair, we went back for a walk on ride on Wicked Twister...
I like this one better than V2. I like the spiral back.
After Wicked Twister we walked into another scare zone called Carnevil. Jeff's mom was so scared she had one of the security guards walk her through it. Then they left her alone. This one scared the hell out of me too....i didn't know what was happening to be....i never got scared walking through Necro at SFGAm....this was more scary.
After Carnevil, we walked throught the Fright Zone, and this made me cry....i was so terrified. There were people with the things on their knees so they could slide across the ground....and so many monsters....it was scary. I was so scared that I sat out with Jeff's mom while Jeff and our friend Jerome went into Warewolf Canyon....I was able to calm down then.
Jeff's mom left, and we decided to finish the night out with three more rides on Dragster, and we even waited for front row for one of them. All great rides....and then it was time to go back to the hotel so we could do it again the next day.
DAY 2
We got up around ten the next morning, and headed to our ERT around 10:50. We entered by the marina

And before I went in, I checked my height with their cool height markers….

First we headed over to…..

And we waited one train for front row. At this time, they were loading only half full trains (first four rows). After riding, I decided that I liked this ride. It was fun..
After this we headed over to Maxair…..

And waited one cycle to ride. I really like this ride…it has good capacity I would assume.
By this time, Dragster was testing, so we ran over to wait in line….and it was already a long wait.

And it just got longer…and longer….

After waiting outside the entrance for 20 minutes, we finally got into the queue house. While we were waiting in the long line in there, we saw this…..

Mantis was stuck on the lift. They were up there for probably 20 minutes, and then this happened…..

They decided to evac them. They weren’t done loading by the time we got into the station. We saw they were only using the first four rows of each train when we got up to the station. They had opened a fifth row, and Jeff and I took the row. It was a nice rush of air in the morning.
After Dragster, we headed over to Corkscrew, right across the way.

We rode towards the back and only waited a cycle or two to ride. It was an okay ride, I’m not too fond of it.
After Corkscrew, we headed over to the Woodstock Express…

We waited one cycle, and we rode in the back so the little kids could ride in the front. It was a nice little coaster for kids, and I almost considered buying the on-ride photo because it was really funny, but I decided not to.
After Woodstock, we headed over to Gemini

Jeff and I decided to ride on the blue side, while Jerome rode on the red side. I thought this ride was okay, but a bit bumpy.
After waiting a train wait for this one, we got on, and to tell you the truth, I didn’t think it was that rough. I’ve heard awful things about this ride, and I didn’t think it was too bad.
After Mean Streak, we were all hungry, so we took the train around to eat at Midway Market. I heard the food was good, but it made me sick. I felt so sick that I went back to the hotel for a hour and a half to relax and get over my stomach flu. Around 5:30, I decided to go back to the park…
I called Jeff, and he said they were going to go watch Monster’s Rock: Eternal Jammnation. I practically ran over to the Red Garter Saloon, and while we were there, we ran into more CP fan boys. These ones were mean ones. They were completely trashing Six Flags, and said they don’t know how to treat their employees over there….and we just are horrible. Besides that, the show was pretty awesome….good music, and a nice breather from coasters…
Jeff’s mom caught up with us before the show, and after the show, we rode the train back over by the Cedar Creek Mine Ride, which was in only one train operation. It took awhile, but we rode it, and I thought it was a nice little mine ride.
After the mine ride, we took the train to the front, and on the way over to Mantis, I saw CP’s version of Area 51!

Anyways, we headed over to Mantis for a ride. When we got in line, it started to pour….and I mean, really really rain hard. So we were watching to see if they would shut down the ride, and then it happened. We were told it was going down, and up in the second train, which was on the block run, they were doing an emergency evac.
We waited for people to get out of line, and we went all the way up to the station. When we got up there….we saw this….

From what we could tell, the second train was coming into the block brakes, and it bumped the first car. Then it bounced back. Although you can’t see it in the picture, there were white scratches all over the back of the first train and the front of the second train. As you can see in the picture, there were plenty of people up there trying to see what happened and because of this, the supervisor took down everyone in the stations names, and told us if we went to the exit of any ride, and told the operators our names, we could get right on, just like an exit pass. Being a coaster people, we were enthusiastic, and I think this was the highlight of the night, or perhaps, the entire trip!
So we got dinner from a stand by the drive in screen, which was playing the Ohio State football game, and after eating, we headed over to see if Disaster Transport was open, since it was still pouring.
When we got over there though, we encountered some pretty bad ride ops hosting. The ride ops at the ride were talking to each other, and ignoring all potential riders. After one of the ops left, the male op walked across the way and got a corn dog. He also decided to pull out his cell phone and chat on the phone. This was a bit odd to see an op doing this. This is when I realized that SFGAm’s operators were better than CP’s. We saw other operators all day talking and not doing their jobs some of the time. It was weird.
So after waiting for Disaster Transport to open for 20 minutes, we decided to leave and we headed over to walk around since nothing was open. Jeff and Jerome went into Carnevil again, and I went souvineer shopping. After that, we walked over by Demon Drop, since we saw it testing….

It wasn’t ready yet, Jeff and Jerome walked through Fear Faire again, and I shopped some more. When we got back from that, it was open, and we were the first riders of the day for this ride. It scared me at first when we were dropped, but it was fun!
After Demon Drop, we went back by Disaster Transport again, and we rode it twice. I loved this bobsled coaster, I had never been on one of those before…..it was cool….
It was getting late, and with a little about 2 hours to go, we headed back by Mantis, which was testing. We got in line, and took a ride on it in front row, only a one train wait. There was only one train going though, so it took a short while.
After Mantis, we hurried back to Gemini, where I rode the red side. I liked this ride better at night, it was cooler….

We headed back by Skyhawk, where we had planned to use our “exit passes”. When we got back there though, there was maybe a one or two cycle wait, so we waited it out, and rode. I didn’t think it was all that great….it is just a big swing…..
Jeff and Jerome wanted to go back through the Fright Zone, so I met them back over by Dragster after I finally bought a sounvineer for my boyfriend. We used our “exit pass” on our final Dragster ride of the trip. It was fun of course, but when we got off the ride, we realized it was only 12:00, and a fan boy the night before had told us that the lines stayed open until 12:08. Because of this, we ran over to Millennium Force for our final ride of the trip. This ride is better in the night time. I liked it then…..
Sunday morning we got up around 10, and after looking out my window at this sight……

I knew my trip was good….and I’d like to come back again….just when it wasn’t freezing.
