Arrival time: 11:30am with my 13 year old cousin (3-hour drive from Memphis). The oldest one caught a cold and decided to stay home.
Crowds: Pretty moderate, the water park was crowded though
Rides: In No Particular Order
Arkansas Twister - 2 times - pretty smooth woodie and great air time.
The Gaunlet - 2 times - Vekoma SLC - pretty smooth as well to my surprise.
Big Bad John - 1 time - Arrow Mine Train - ok (I guess)
Twist & Shout - 1 time - Layout similar to RC, but with different carts and very rough.
Rum Runner Pirate Ship - 1 time - Basic swinging ship, nothing to brag about
Plummet Summit - 1 time - Similar to SWF, very refreshing
X-Coaster - 3 times - I've never seen or ridden anything like this and all I can say is WOW. This ride is definitely my number one coaster of all time.
After riding the rides, we went over to the water park and spent most of the day there. My cousin was not a big fan of coasters, so she didn't ride AT, G, or X-Coaster. We did meet up with a man and his daughter from Texas (whom I never met before) and we rode some coasters and did some networking.
The only thing I had to complain about the day is the fact that I lost my cell phone somewhere in the park. I hope that someone is honest enough to turn it in to the park and the park calls me back. Other than that, I had a pretty good time.
Departure time: 5:00pm (made it back to Memphis at 8:00pm)
X-coaster goes through one complete circuit, then it goes to the top for a freefall backwards, then it goes forwards once again towards the top and stops in mid-air for some awesome air time, and finally it brings you back to the station. Similar to Vu and Mr. Freeze in my opinion, but better.

Thanks. I did have a good time and I do plan on going there again before the season ends.
It's in Hot Springs, Arkansas. I'm going there at the end of August and hopefully we will be able to catch a Sunday or Saturday at the park while we are there.
It's the same price as a lot of mouse coasters are. They should install them instead of the mice!! We wouldn't need it though. It is low capacity, and so are the mice! I would first make sure that this ride in Magic Springs doesn't have a lot of trouble though, before SF would buy this ride.
You missed the Power Surge at the park???
