Space Mountain
If they make WDW Space Mountain like they made DL's Space Mountain, it is going to be one boring awful ride. The ride hardly has any drops at all. There is not one sense of roughness on this ride. It is like going on the Whizzer lift hill moving faster over and over again.
So, my plan in June (WDW) is to go on it as many times as possible before they make a mockery at the Magic Kingdom.
The Matterhorn Bobsleds is one fun ride even though it must have a lot of downtime. When this ride breaks down, they need to manually push the cars. Downtimes they said were around 45 to 60 minutes. What do you expect from a 47 year old roller coaster. The right side of the mountain (This is from coming from the entrance.) is the better track considering there are two nice rough drops. The other side is smoother. The "wet part" doesn't get you wet. It's a must ride.
Alice in Wonderland didn't have a statue of Alice at all.

The rockets that are on top at MK's Tommorland are on the bottom at Disneyland. At Disneyland, they put a bunch of junk (satellites) on top of the defunct "people mover". The Carousel of Progress has been transformed into a game area for kids like at EPCOT called Inoventions. Mr. Toad's was a treat ride. That was one fun ride, and I miss at WDW. They also have a Pooh ride which wasn't that great. It is basically the same ride at both parks except for the vehicle you are traveling in. The Splash Mountain are more like Logger's Run boats than the ones at Disneyworlds. The boats are better at WDW, but the ride is still fun. The Pirate's ride was being refurbished. The Tea Cups are outside instead of under a tent.
Indiana Jones was an awesome ride, and is somewhat like Dinosaur. I went on this ride alot. Most wait times were around 20 minutes or so until it got dark. Dinosaur has a little mroe darkness compared to this ride. I still like Dinosaur better. The car says simulated to Indiana Jones, "I'm afraid of snakes. You are on your own." Say hello to Ms. Jones.

For lunch we had to eat at Rainforest Cafe at Downtown Disney. So, we took monorail ride to it. It is not really that far away from the park though. The monorail is different than the other one at WDW. There is no standing on these monorails, and thus there are more seats than empty space for standing passengers.
Thus, they are lower, and think that is the reason why they are trying to update the cars. The monorail didn't go all around as it was supposed to, and thus there was only ONE monorail the whole day until it broke down later. If you wanted to bet with someone which color the next monorail, would be, this would have been your chance. I say $100 on purple. The public doesn't know.
One train was like the Animal Kingdom train (you face the edges of the train-long way (width)) while the other one was like the WDW one (like ours at SFGAm).
Of course the best ride in the park is non other than Tom Sawyers Rafts.

In case you don't believe me, enjoy:
Station>bats in tunnel along with ponds on the left side of the lift, less water falling than WDW>take a right>straightaway>left>straightway> down>up>right you see a bunch of rats hanging> see wolf on top of a hill> in the tunnel you go to the left, and there is a hill > right to the lift hill>ON LIFT>>> Right are the motors, Left is the box turtles, Right is booth with lamp, Left is rattlers with tails rattling> take a right and see a goat>straightaway that goes up and down>go around in a circle about 12 seconds worth> down to up>down twice>left you find the lift hill> The rocks of course move along with the train swaying from side to side.> go down after lift>right>down straightaway>to the right>straightaway>left turn >to straight and see fossils without "putrid smell such as at WDW" with brakes> turn right slowing going into the station seeing little houses on your left , One says Bartenders wanted, and they make noises. Then, you are back in the station where you started.
That's the end of the Disneyland trip report. I'll make one for Disney's California Adventure.
