SFGAM - 6/22 - Another Solo Run

Let us know how your day at the park was.

Got to the park at about 5:00PM. My original plan was to V2, then Batman, then Raging Bull, but I didn't really follow it. The first thing I did was head to Raging Bull. I waited for about 10 or so minutes, when it broke down. I decided to stay in the queue because I knew how reliable RB was.It was almost a half an hour later. Almost all of the queue left. After they gave an announcement saying to leave the line and stuff, it opened right back up. I got on the first working train after that whole break down thing. I was kinda freaked out cause of that. It was of course, the BLUE TRAIN again :roll:I was about to reenter the line, but I saw that it had already filled up, and I had a limited amount of time to stay there so I thought I'd go on as many different rides as possible. I headed over to Giant Drop, waited about 15 minutes and got on the ride. I thought we were at the top, so I started counting out loud for when the car would drop. I started a little too early and was wondering why it didn't drop. It caught me by surprise this time!I walked around the park a bit, hoping for a ride on Demon, but I saw that it actually had a LINE, so I just walked around a little more(DEJA VU UPDATE: Track still missing, no train on sight)I got turned around somewhere and wound up at Superman, which was closed down, so I went on Condor.Condor is one of the best kept secrets in the park. Yep...nothing much else to say.I went over by Batman hoping for a ride on it, but I saw that they were actually using that grey wooden queue that says GCPD on it, so I skipped it of course. I saw that pretty much everything had a really long line, except Roaring Rapids. It's been so long since I've been on this ride. The first time I went on it, my back only got wet. I knew roaring rapids could pack more of a punch, so I went on again. Right as the raft was let out of the station, my cell phone rang. I answered it while going through that waterfall  I'm glad to say that I got SOAKED on this second time.It was 7:20PM by the time I got off. I was running about 20 minutes late for when I wanted to exit, so I got a large banana split Dippin' Dots and left the park.I've had better days, but today was still fun.

Nice TR. Condor is a nice ride, especially at night. While waiting in line for S:UF for a night flight, everybody was stating jokingly 'Is that a UFO?,' referring to the brights lights of Condor shimmering over the canopies. Instead of writing up another topic, I'll try and make a brief TR:Got to the park at around 9:15 am, and it was a nightmare trying to get through the parking gates.Headed to S:UF first thing in the morning. There was a brief delay of operation in the morning(about 15 minutes), but I did get in a ride in Row 8 on one of the first few trains.Working counterclockwise, Viper was next. There was no wait until the station house. As always, Viper delivered a great ride. After Viper, Raging Bull was next. The line was pretty short, ending at near/around the FastLane entrance. The FastLane attendent even encourage the FastLane users to enter the queue through the regular entrance, stating that a FastLane would only save them about 3-5 minutes. I got in 3 rides on Raging Bull(Row 9) before the lines started to grow. From RB's queue, it looked as if AE Red was open before AE Blue, with AE Blue just beginning its test run. Before heading to lunch, I got in a ride on AE Blue. Nothing much to say, expect I didn't feel it was the greatest ride on AE Blue Backwards thus far this season. Here is the final count of the day:S:UF x 5Demon x 2AE Blue x 1AE Red x 1Viper x 1Raging Bull x 3Sky T.T. x 1Triple Play x 1Espana Extreme x 1It was a pretty crowded day. It was also the first time I had to park in the backlot. Espana Extreme wasn't bad, but it wasn't 'Extreme' either. Apparently, there are two versions of the show(and I got the one without the Motorcycle Cage of Death). It seemed as if there were numerous delay of operations throughout the day. Raging Bull seemed to reopen at around 5:45 after a delay, Viper was closed when I went passed it at around 6pm, and S:UF had at least 3 delays of operation. No work was being done on DV that could be seen. There were some fireworks during the evening, but nothing fantastic.

Nice TR. Was the waterfall entering the cave running on Roaring Rapids?

Codor always makes all kinds of odd noises when your going. Usually its the car bouncing off the little bumper (not sure what the technical name for it is). I wouldn't worry about the little gate either, you won't fall out unless you try to jump out, and that would even be very difficult...unless your pretty small.
Go Bulls!
