MY California Adventure

Let us know how your day at the park was.

James made sure he had the important things at hand and we were off to the airport!

Image
Here we are on the plane....man...these seats are cramped...that window is tiny....

Image
At least the view is nice.....

Ugh...there's only so much we can do...
Image

To keep from going mad
Image

Well we're finally home in California
Image
See? Mountains.

Image
So James's sister, Amber, picked us up....

but...where were we going?...
Image
I think James knows....
Image

Ah ha!
Image
It's Disneyland during it's 50th anniversary! During Christmas, no less.

Don't worry, it's not all Christain stuff. They also have something for the Jewish guests...
Image
See? That's in in a window down Main St. ...hidden...

Image
Here's James bein' all sketchy

First stop...
Image
Indianna Jones and the Temple of the Forbidden Eye!

Image
I looooov this ride
Image

After an exciting journey with Dr. Henry Jones Jr., we went to one of the greatest rides in the history of theme parks! The Haunted Mansion!
Image
and, since it's the Christmas time, The Haunted Mansion was decked out like Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas for Haunted Mansion Holiday.
Image
::drool::
Image

Image
"This is the most retarded thing I've ever heard of" says James as he secludes himself in the designated smoking area.

Image
Image

Image
Good o'l Splash Mountain. We had a Zip-a-dee-doo-dah time on this one.

So we went off to Frontierland....
Image
to ride Big Thunder Mountain Railroad ^_^
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

We thought it was funny that James was wearing a Six Flags name tag at Disneyland....
Image

Image
Yay! Matterhorn! We'll ride you later

But first!
Image
Teacups! A very merry 50th unbirthday to Disneyland! (well...not UNbirthday....but you get it)

Space Mountain
Image
It's finally open after all these years! 80 minute wait?! Yikes! I've waited two years, I can wait a few more hours...we'll come back later...

So, Disneyland Park was startin' to get a little full, so we decided to put our Park Hoppers into play and went over to Disney's California Adventure Park
Image

Image
James loves his California.
Image
...and his palm trees.....
and his....
Image
TOWER OF TERROR!!!! OF D00M!!!
Image
Mega drool!
Image
I love Disney's theming! It makes you feel like you're in another world.
Image
Here's James....all scared before his ride of terror of doom...
Image
Image
::gulp::
Image
"AHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhh!"

Ahh...
Image
California Screamin'!
Image
Image
Okay...from left to right...it's Amber's Bro, Amber, James, Lundy in line for CA Screamin'.
Image
There goes James on the launch
Image
Great ride...not as good as ToT, though.

So, after some pizza, we came across this orange looking thing...
Image
Image
Oh! It's like the Whirligig!!
Image
"This one's for Buttons"

Image
Here's James gaurding off his Sexy Plane

Hey! Tower of Terror again!
Image
Image

After that, it was Mulhullond Madness (spelling?)
Image]
Kinda lame....

I think this....
Image
Is the best picture I've ever taken...

Image
So it was off to Tomorrowland!
Image
James was yellin at people to go see the parade so the lines would get shorter...

So after Star Tours...
Image
It was Space Mountain!!!
Image
Image
Image
Image

Then...
Image
Image

Image
"That was fun...I need a cigarette."

Image
"I am so happy..."

After one last drop on Tower of Terror
Image
we headed home...
Image

Now what? We're here in California...not cold...lotsa monies...what should we do? OH! I KNOW! Six Flags, yay!

Image
"I agree with this decision, my esteemed colleague"

Image
"Totally!"

Stop!
Image
We gotta stop and Wendy's first....

Gotta prepare our stomachs....

for this....
Image
and these....
Image
Image
You can't tell from this side, but he's drooling....

It was a beautiful California morning....
Image
Image

I think this is the new ride they were building....
Image
it's smaller than I thought it would be.....

I wanted to ride Viper first....
Image
but everyone else wanted to ride this orange one....
Image

Image
"I am pointing"

We finally agreed on a ride....
Image
I can't remember the name....
Image
But it was X-citing....
Image
and X-hillerating...
Image
and....X-cellent.....
Image
and X-huberant...
Image
"X-actally"
Image
Someone MUST've been really angry waiting in this 2-hour line....
Image
It didn't bother us much....
Image

Image
Pretty.....

Image
'Tis true...

Image
Superloud was closed, but did tempt us once....it was weird...

Yay! Goliath!
Image
Image

A two-hour line?!
Image
How about the "Swashbuckler"?
Image
Image
Image
"This is for you, Buttons!"

Tease!
Image

Pretty....
Image

Image
Superloud...just sitting there.

The tourist outfit is nearly complete!
Image
all he needs is a fanny pack!

Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
I have nothing to say for those...we rode Colossus...'twas good....yep...

So was Scream!...
Image

This ride seemed to have the longest line...
Image
The Magical Churro Ride! YAY!

Look! A ride we didn't ride!
Image
Image
'Tis a shame, I like this ride.

Image
"Hey! We're gonna ride Goliath and have fun whether you like it or not!" ...

"Wake me when we get there...."
Image
So, I decided to stare blankley into space...
Image
at least until madness set in, again.
Image

THIS IS THE FACE!
Image
.....
I don't know...I couldn't finger it out....
Image

Okay... maybe it's my sick sense a humor...but I thought this...was the funniest thing.... EVER!
Image
GET IT?! We were in line for... GOLIATH! and it was a bag that says DAVID on it! GET IT?! DAVID! GOLIATH! HA HA HA HA! .........

So, after that brief moment in funny, we started arguing over who got the side seat.....
Image
Please don't make me explain that joke....

Oh, here's something I noticed....nothing about pictures....so...if I'm wrong with pictures at this park....please, correct me.
Image

Image
Yay, fun!
Image
Image
Image
"Thank you!"

After that, the park was getting closer to close...so we got our last funnel cake of the year....
Image
WHOOOOOA YEAH!

Made us sick...scarfed it down in under eight minutes....

Image
"It was huuuuge"

Now that our stomachs were full over sweet sugary sweetness,
Image
It's Viper time!
Image
Image
It was our last ride, so we got in a few trips

Image
Image

Image

Hmm....yeah.....The End

Ur friend James looks sick with that mouth ring. I hate that stuff. That is kind of gross.

Oh well. SFMM looks like so much fun. So how many rollercoasters did you get to ride when at SFMM. If I ever go to SFMM I will go for 2 days so I can get a ride on everyride. That really sucks that the lines were 2 hours long. One time I waited 2 and a half hour for Superman Ultimate Flight at our park. I went crazy.
SFGAm top 4 Coasters
1. Raging Bull
2. Vertical Velocity
3. Batman The Ride
4. Superman
