Let us know how your day at the park was.
Postby joker on May 26th, 2003, 9:09 am
Got to the park around 10:10 huge line to get a parking space. Then we got in around 10:20 and went to go get my friends/because/family in for half price. When we got in we went to Superman and it was closed. It opened later in the day though (Thank god). So we kept moving on and we wanted to go on Batman/V2. Both of them had HUGE lines so we just went on the swings. When we were moving on we saw Iron Wolf with only about 10 minute wait so we got 2nd row on the ride. This ride is kind of losing its smoothness. So my little brother thats not 54" yet we went to the Eagle. Only blue was running but that didnt matter. Right when we were supposed to make your choice red opened right on 12:00p.m. So we went on red. THE BRAKES SUCK! They are on WAY to tight. After that there was hardly no line so we went on blue.We ate from some cheese fries. And started to walk on. We went to East River Crawler. My because and I were cracking up for no REASON! With my friend with his fake girlfriend. We started to walk on to the Demon. Got a ride on that. We saw Superman running so we ran over there. We waited a whole 1hr 29min and 2secs. My because/friend timed it. There are about over 60 signs of Superman Logos in the line. I think the middle left in the very back is the best. We heard the theme song to Superman about 20 times in the line. After that we went to the Giant Drop. Right when we were supposed to go on it broke down. The things that lift the cars stoped coming down. We waited in line though. Only about 10-15 minutes. They fixed that one side but now that other side is not running. That thing is weird. After that we went to the parking lot and ate lunch. When we were done we started just to wait in the lines. So we went to Batman. They werent playing music though which was weird. Also one of the trains was missing cover wheels. After that great ride we went to V2. We wanted to wait the extra 10-15 minutes to get front row. It feels like your gonna fly off the track, and its awesome looking down at the water. We wanted to go on Raging Bull so it was only about 15 min wait. We got the very last row on the yellow train. They were running all three trains...I was happy. After that it was getting late in the day and we wanted one last time on Superman while my mom and bro went on Viper. Superman was intence at night. That was our day. Not the best ever but it was still fun. We left the park around 9:40p.m. to go to B.K and we saw some guys/girls that were in line behind us in Superman.Thank god the weather held up for us.

I noticed when I went opening day that the flags weren't on top of Demons lift hill. Were they there yesterday?

I don't know if it was his fault, or the cement on Superman's exit's fault, but as I waited in line for 1st row Superman, me and my friends saw a mid-20 year old running down the exit and he fell on his head. I saw him holding his head, bleeding a lot! I ran to tell a security guard about the man, and he was taken to the first aid room. There was a lot of blood marks on the cement, has anyone noticed them or saw it happen? It was very frightening.

Well, if he was running as you stated, it isnt hard to figure out who is at fault. [/url]
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

Did he slip on the Superman logo? I noticed it was pretty slippery last time I was there.
