Sunday 6/19
Drove off to Lincolnshire to check-in for the ACE Coaster Con. Saw a few park regulars there

I basically rode a few rides here and there and it was really hot out. We eventually met up with David, Dan, and Colin(Coon). I basicallyhad no clue who the kid was until I remembered that he posted at Westcoaster. Small world I guess. So we rode AEB and waited for Batman to open. It was testing periodically and a girl from ACE came out because she was told to leave the line. She said that the train was lining up with the sensors or something and wouldn't enter the station. So the other train was being lift stopped while the other train wouldn't enter. We eventually rode row 1 after they re-opened.
At Batman, Colin said he was given 2 fastlanes from these kids.(Correct?) They each had 1 punch left in them. So we go to Superman with them and pass the growing Picnic Grove line

ERT for Sunday night was slated for Batman, V2, Whirligig, and ERC.
We started at Batman where we stayed on for about 10 times and Colin and I left to go ride V2. We rode that 6 or 7 straight times without leaving the train.(But switched rows) and got tired of it. We also rode Whirligig twice and ERC once. After that we went over to ride Batman a few more times until we were told to get off. Man did everyone love Batman! What a fun start to Con.
Monday, June 20
Let me be the first to say, I was VERY tired even before this trip even started. Going 2-3 hours of sleep a night. So to make a long story, short, I slept in to the perfect time to make me miss all of Minday mornings ERT.

At about 12:15, we arrived at Batman to get a good spot for the ACE Coaster Landmark ceremony. It was kind of cool as they had Batman trivia and Michelle Hoffman, Ron Sevart, and other ACE personalities spoke. Walter and Claude wanted to come, but they were "busy" as this is a busy month.

Lunch at the Picnic Grove was next. They had tons of good food and we tried to get a good spot for some of the presentations. ACE personalities spoke and then Michelle Hoffman and John Curty also took the mic. They talked about the park and how they were proud to be a host park, etc. John Curty also held a Q&A and mentioned that he would tell as much as he COULD.

At the lunch, They also had a raffle for a behind the scenes tour of the Six Flags offices. I didn't win, but Colin did. He did, however give his winnings to Nolan where he was able to go on the tour. They also had a meet and greet game and they awarded cool six flags prizes to winners.
Next was time for the group picture in front of the Hometown Station. That went quick and we left Nolan(because he had the tour) and we rode a few flats and Demon and then went to go and see Circo Magnifico. The show was ok, but there were a lot of puns that Colin and I took the wrong way.

After the show, we met up with Nolan and went and caught Looney Toons: We Got The Beat! Wow! What a show. At least there was air conditioning.
I really don't remember what we did after that. Rode rides, etc.
The night ert was set for Raging Bull, Viper, Demon, and DejaVu.
We went to Viper first where we rode about 4 or 5 times without getting off. The crew was being very funny and we got to see them get the cow. After that, we went to Raging Bull where they had all 3 trains running and we were able to ride a bunch of times in many different rows on the same train. The crew was great too with the wave and the banana song.

We headed back to Jeza for many more great rides to close the night.(We also didn't have to leave the train at all.) Only 1 Acer had to ruin the night though complaining that Vu was closed for half of the ERT.(While it was only closed for about 10 minutes.)

To be continued...
