So it was an interesting day at the park. Me and my cousins got there at around 11:30 which wasnt bad timing due to the park opening up at 11. I knew the park was going to be crowded, but then we saw the buses. Oh the endless rows and rows of buses So that already pissed me off. We got in and went directly for Viper. after a 30 minute wait we were dropping and twisting on the great wodies kick-ass layout. And the old sign is back up all the sudden. Strange how they had it down for so long.
Next we were gonna hit RB, but then saw the line which nearly crossed Vipers. Not getting in this line now was a HUGE mistake. We skipped that and went to Demon. With all three trains running it was a 20 minute wait. The theming is great but no demon soundtrack. Another thing that mad me mad was that the flash pass line was longer then the normal one!
Then we went over to AE to find a 3 HOUR WAIT! We said forget that and went on Revolution instead. They said that for frieght fest they made it go higher and faster, but i couldnt really tell a difference. By then it was around 1 so we got lunch at Johnny Rockets. This was where i noticed i big bee problem. It seems the bees have found out that six flags is the place to go to sip on peoples sugary sodas. I wasnt hungry so I went over to Wolfie to see how see was doing. Pretty much all of her is gone. The only remaining pieces are the station, turn from station to lift, lift, and first ten feet of the drop. Also the chain is off finally. It was sad seein it just sit there but at least the squirrels had fun on it! I actually say a furry friend go up the lift stairs, go "OH SH** IM HIGH!" and run back down.
We then went back to RB to find that the line stretched into Hometown Square. To make a long story short, 3 HOUR WAIT! But we got to ride at night which was cool.
By then it was dark so we walked around some more seeing 3 hour waits on everything. So we road the Scenic Railway. This brought me close to X-Flight construction where i could see how big the area is. We stopped at a shop to look at merchandice too. I saw the V2 shirt that said duration 40 min and laughed so hard every one in the store looked at me. I then walked over to the old 1978 model of the park. I looked at it trying to imagine what the feel was back then. I also sat there for 15 min face-palming everytime somebody thought TOTC was Viper and Tidal Wave was V2. Luckly I had a guy there who knew his stuff and helped me try to get it through their heads. We would look at each other everytime another hilarious comment was said.
That was pretty much our day. Overall FF had great theming, attractions, and shows. But i only saw # actors walking around and i stayed until 9. Not sure what that was about, but it didn't concern me too much. You gotta love Great America but the crowds made it a really, really bad day.

Best 2011 Moment: "I lost my phone on Raging Bull!" "WELL I LOST A SOCK!!!" Best 2012 Moment: "No good! DREAM ON!" Best 2013 Moment: "I came here for Auntie Anne's pretzels and coasters......in that order!"
First of all i can put a lot of money down to say that AE was not three hours long. Even RB was probably not that long. Maybe S:UF but not RB. Based off what you told me i think RB would maybe be about 2. Also Tidal Wave mistaken for V2 is slightly understandable but TOTC to Viper come on. At some point Common Sense has to kick in.
I went 10/22 also. Crowds were bad but we got on 15 rides and I got the living daylights scared outa me by one of the dudes in Southwest. Wouldn't leave me alone for a half hour...meanie. Going tomorrow. Can't wait to see how crowds are
^^^I stood in line for RB for 3 hours. I timed it.
^^At least somebody had a good day

If Raging Bull's line really took you 3 hours, something is wrong. With good dispatches, the completely full queue should be 65-70 minutes or less. The distance from Bull's entrance to the Southwest games (the longest the line got) should not make it anymore than 2 hours.
They were running all 3 trains and never saw it stop for a breakdown, but their were a ton of flash passers so that might have been why.

I was there on Saturday also and yes I also waited for Raging Bull for three hours but when I got in line the line was all the way back to Viper's entrance. It was ridiculous how busy the park was but hey I had fun anyways. The flash pass line was crazy long also so I do agree that maybe that had something to do with it.
I can believe that it was a 3 hour wait, not only is the flash pass line long for bull around this time of year, but the injury pass line is REALLY long too.
I also forgot to say this but the old Viper sign is back with the snake head on it. It was weird that they didnt have it up during the regular season. I did a double-take but im glad to have it back!

Yeah, I noticed that today too. Hope Bull's old sign is put to use somewhere.
