Got to the park at 10, first off was Whizzer as always but got first dispatch because it hadn't opened yet which was fun. Next was Bull red train front row, waited 45 minutes. After Bull was SUF, 6th row. I still prefer 4th row, I have a reason but don't want to talk about it. Then I went and had lunch at 12:45 before hopping on Demon, some dude lost his phone and got mad what else is new. After that I went to the day parade and saw Show Stoppin again which was good. Took a couple hour break because there were were quite a bit of people on the walkways plus my feet were hurting and then I went on V2, Demon, Dark Knight and Whizzer again. Didn't get much in because it was warm and a lot of people, from what I could see V2's Superman's and Batman's lines were 2 hour wait and Demon's was an hour and a half wait. Very crowded, so then when the night parade was about to start it rained so they canceled the parade and closed the rides so I was quite upset about that. I will hope to try and get out Friday even though that's the day with all the concerts, we will see what my work schedule is like.
Demon is NOT worth waiting more than 15-20 minutes. People are going more to the park now as many are going back to school in about a month especially colleges and some have more time off in July.
Nice TR. I almost went last night and at the last minute changed my mind and stayed home. I had a feeling that it was going to be real crowded. It is going to be like this for the next few weeks. Good luck Friday, your gona need it.
Call that crowded, I once came at six, and it was soooo crowded that in 4 hours all we could do was get dinner. NEver go on day read to succeed expires. Luckily, that was the one year I had a season pass.
(sings)If you want to be my Chang-y, doesn 't matter if your black or white, or brown, or blue, or green, or red, or orange, or mauve, or yellow... 2010 trips- Dollywood, SFGAm, maybe SoCal
Yeah it was very very crowded, sometimes it took me like 10 minutes to get through the midways one because it was crowded and two it was stupid people bouncing their basketballs and it was also people just standing in the way talking. I waited 45 minutes for front row because I had just eaten lunch and wanted to make sure I digested before going on Demon, I don't get sick on coasters but Drop wasn't a coaster it was a flat so that's different. I just didn't want to risk getting sick on Demon. As soon as it rained, the park cleared out. I mean it cleared out, there was like no one there around 10. By the time I left at 10:30 there were a few people here and there still leaving, but that was it. And yeah I know I'm going to need luck Friday if I go, 4 concerts= loads of people. Eh oh well, I still want to go one last time before I go out of town.

I got there on the 26th at about 3PM and it was fairly crowded...I've seen worse, but it was definitely full. I took my 3.5 year old son with me so we can ride the water rides (been so cool out that we've only done that once or twice this year). I purchased the Gold Flash Pass for us and we were able to get several rides on Loggers Run, Roaring Rapids, and the Whizzer (he's only about 40" tall and these are the only flash pass rides we could do). Pretty short waits for most of the flat rides we went on though (East River Crawler, Jesters Wild Ride, Hometown Fun Machine, and Big Easy Balloons).
I'd say we rode the Whizzer about 10 times and RR and LR about 7-8 times each.
We were there on Sunday as well. It was our first time at the park. I am so glad we opted for a GFP. I had hoped to get more then the 21 coaster laps in with it, but at least we got all the credits.
