This will be a quick TR.
Ok, so today I went to the Bay Lake Tower, the new DVC building at WDW that has been in construction the last couple years. I have a lot of photos that I will link to my facebook album, too lazy to link them here, and I'm going to City Walk soon.
Well, we had to sit through the annoying sales crap to get to see the tower. The event was not bad at all, the Dream Wisher dude was a good character and gave us some interesting things. We got a suitcase tag, binoculars and rice krispy treats. They also gave out one 7 day trip to any DVC related hotel in the world, which I did not win, sadly. Then they had a setup with food and dessert, with a small stage that chip and dale were dancing at. They had a meet and greet with Mickey and Pluto and Donald came out later. We got called out for our tour and the place is really awesome, but for a lot of points to stay there. Top of the World bar is really sweet and offers some cool views of the MK.
As for the pics, they can be seen here. There are photos from earlier too of EPCOT, Rockit with LEDs on, MK, and Dole Whip.

The tower looks really, really nice. When I grow up I would love to buy a timeshare at the Bay Lake Tower. Other goals for my adult life: penthouse on 5th Avenue, Rolls-Royce, and ocean-front house in Palm Beach
I'll never buy at BLT. Way to expensive with points. I'm happy with Saratoga Springs as my home timeshare.

How much control do you have of when you can use the time share? Does Disney have different pre-set packages (e.g. 14 days a year or 28 days a year) or can you say exactly when and for how long you would like to use the property?
