Any valued items (keys, wallet, medicine stuff you need to get out of the park) should be returned to the guest before the time of exit
non critical stuff (sun glasses, hats, stuffed animals, children) will be mailed at six flags expense usually within 2 weeks.
I really don't know who handled it but you should really complain in person. Writing an e-mail to six flags threw their website won't matter. If you take the time to go up there and complain in person, that totally changes everything.
We had a major problem with a ride op and with security (if anyone wants to know pm me or instant message me) but i found the security dude to be very polite, same thing with guest relations. Just depends on who you get and when you get it
