I'll just give some interesting things about what happened:
Started off with Demon. We were on the red train and it stopped on the brakes after the tunnel for about 10 minutes. Then an operator came up and the guy in the station said over the speaker "Clear the Black Train". The operator by us reset the brakes and we were off. Very slowly, we made it around to the corkscrews. I didn't bump my head at all because we were going so slow. It turned out that during the week, they transferred the Black Train to the transfer tracks and there were some mechanics working on it and they tripped the sensor and it had to be reset.
I also got my first ride on Deja Vu. I got the right seat in row 1A with only about 40 minute wait. All I can say is that it is AWESOME!
Overall, the weather was pretty warm until right towards the end when it got cold.
As for Mardi Gras, only Jester's Wild Ride and Big Easy Balloons were open, and we didn't ride either of them. Ragin Cajun looks pretty cool and you go up the lift hill, 3 or 4 back and forth things, around and down a drop that takes you to the ground. Up a hill with a dip in it to more back and forth things, then around on the ground or something like that. It should be fun. King Chaos also looks great.
It was my friends first time since 1999 at the park and we went on Demon, American Eagle, Batman, Superman, Raging Bull, and Deja Vu. He had only been on Demon and American Eagle before so he had a great time. We were also there with another friend.
