This is the bridge into Vancouver

Vancouver Skyline

Typical canadian flag with mountians picture

So I always though the Smokies, Appalachians and the US rockies were cool...then I came here and I was blown away.

The big town in the middle of nowhere "Kamloops"

Some really sweet resort type thing

mmm...canadian dennys, with real Maple Syrup

FTW

Its so peaceful here, and the people in the little towns at gas stations are EXTREMELY friendly.

Natural Waterfalls everywhere

This was a great area, the fresh snow melt streams, the mountains and the Canadian Pacific Railway just cruising along.

The nice thing about Canada is that you can pull off anywhere you want and camp, fish, ect without any problems and no one to bother you.

The old highway bridge

If that wasn't 50ft down, I would have shown how clear and clean the water is.

We got the most surprised looks from having Illinois plates. Although we are 2,500 miles from home.

Here they are building an overpass for wildlife.

An old whistle stop.

14 hours later we were in Calgary, AB.

We got about 15 mins from the Edmonton Mall when we decided to get a hotel.

Ahh, Tim Hortons...there everywhere. Every small town has at least 5.

I had fun in the hotel room that night...this beer was very good, too bad the imported stuff isnt as good.
