I love seeing them and would love to add some of mine but I cannot figure out how to do it. Any1 have any tips for me?

You could upload them to your profile, then post them by clicking on the "album" button when posting. Or, you could go to a website that hosts pictures like Imageshack or Photobucket.
You have to have a host site, then go to the picture on that site and right click, properties, copy/paste the image URL into your post. Then you highlight the image URL in your post and press the IMG button at the top of the page
