Let us know how your day at the park was.

We got to the park around 9:15. After waiting for 45 minutes, we attempted to ride Hellevator, which of course, was closed. So instead, we were the first riders of the day on Demon. After that, we went to Snakes on a Train and had a 5 minute wait for that. AE's red side was operating, so I then rode that for the first time of the season, with another 5 minute wait. Predator was next, with yet another 5 minute wait. Next was Ragin' Cajun, which we waited half an hour for.

We had an interesting wait for Whizzer. After a 20 minute wait, one of the trains got stuck on the track adjacent to the lift hill, right before we got on the station platform. An operator went up to talk to the riders, followed by a mechanic that pushed the train to get it going again. After that Hellevator finally opened, and we rode that once.

We also rode Terror Twister twice. Unfortunately, my friend just wanted to ride coasters, so I didn't have an opportunity to explore the other FF things. To add insult to injury, we had to leave at 3:00, so I didn't get to stay at night.

In the afternoon, it was a madhouse. Every line was spilling onto the midway, even Eagle and Predator which sort of suprised me. Overall it was a decent day, but I was disappointed that I didn't get to experience too many FF activites.

Demon:1
Hellevator:1
AE red: 1
Predator: 1
Ragin Cajun: 1

Is Fright Fest always pretty packed, and could some of why it has been so packed because of the Big Six Pass that a ton of people probably got?

Friday's are the best time to go. Saturdays and Sundays as you might have read are insanely crowded. So Friday would be your best day to go.

Questions about Hellevator: Is it anything other than a name change? and is the sign the same from when it was Giant Drop?
