We started off around 8:15 after dropping my car off at the garage for the 5th time in the last year. We got to the park around 9:00 to 9:15, not exactly sure. We were the first people in our line though. We decided to go left this time instead of right, which we always do.
The chain was dropped after Spirit of America, and we walked to Cajun, and were the first ones on. After this ride I felt a bit queezy. It was really hot too, which made me feel a bit faint. I brushed it off though, it wasn't really a big deal.
After Cajun, we went to Batman, which only had one train due to the restraints being replaced. We saw the new restraints, and they looked mighty fine! After this, we headed to V2, which had barely any line. We waited one cycle for front row, and rode..
After this, we headed into Yukon, and saw that Bug Bunny National Park was closed. I'd assume it was due to the lack of staffing they had yesterday as many high schools finish up this week. We headed into Camp Cartoon Network, and since it was empty, we headed to Spaceleys. I rode back row, while Dan rode front row.
After this, we went to Iron Wolf. There was only a line for the front row, so we went to row 4 and got on next train. While waiting for the train, I felt a bit sick. I decided to brush it off. By the time I got off the ride, I was really sick. I nearly threw up twice outside of the Iron Wolf station, and since the crew there was worried, they called for first aid to come get me. One of the crew members went to get me some water, since there was no water in their water jug thing. Another crew member was a life guard, and he talked to me and made sure I was okay while waiting. Then, first aid picked me up in a wheel chair, and I went to first aid via a little golf cart thing through the backstage area. They took down my information, gave me some pepto bismol (sp?), IB Proufen (sp?) and some squencher, the drink of the industry as many employees called it. I sat there for a little bit, and by the time I felt a bit better, it was after 11.
Dan and I headed into the waterpark, and there weren't a lot of people there. We headed to Tornado, but it had a line, and we weren't in the mood to wait in a line. We headed over to the green and blue bowl slide and waited a few minutes to dispatch. After that, I wanted to head to the wave pool for a few minutes. After the wave pool, we went on the blue and green family slide, which was a lot of fun.
AFter that slide, we went to the Wahoo racers. We raced once, and I lost. I was used to it though. AFter that, we went on the dark blue slide at Hurricane Mountain, which I think is the best one. We went back toi wahoo after that, and I lost again. We went back into the wave pool for a bit, and the wave cycle was stopped due to a woman who might have possibly been drowning. She was rescued by a life guard, and then she started to complain to the people there.
We got out to eat lunch, but even before we did that, we realized most of the slides had been shut down due to the 30mph winds. We decided to change, and headed out to Subway. After getting back in, we met up with a few friends and went to see the 2:30 Spygirl. I didn't like it at all. After spygirl, I practically begged dan to let us see the 4:30 Showstoppin. He agreed, and we went to ride the train.
After the train, we went to ride Whizzer, my first coaster since I got sick on Iron Wolf. After Whizzer, we went to see Showstoppin. After Showstoppin, we went to ride Whizzer again. We then headed over to Eagle red. Blue was closed for the day, and one train was stuck up on the lift hill. After Eagle, we went to eat at Aunt Martha's, yummy chicken!
After Aunt Martha's, we went to ride Viper. It was fun. Then, we went to ride Raging Bull, back row. We had heard that storms were supposed to be coming through, and so we left early.
