May 27th, 2006 - Day 1 of 3

Let us know how your day at the park was.

Turns out I'm going tomorrow as well. My friends decided to come back tomorrow, and even though I had plans, screw those plans I'm having a full weekend at SFGAm! This was the start of the best weekend ever.

We would have got there at 10 but we stopped at McDonalds. Once we got in, first ride was went on was Columbia Carousel. I hadn't ridden that in a while. Next up was Condor... and then Raging Bull. I was surpsied, I STILL hadn't seen them use the red train this year. It was about a 20 minute wait because of some delay. That was an amazing ride though.

Then it was time for Chubasco, 5 people in one car is the most fun. Then, going on it for the first time in years... Trailblazer. It was more fun than I remember. Next up was the amazing Viper, 15ish minute wait. We were getting hot so it was time for some Splashwater Falls.

Then we waited for Demon, then Orbit, then Sky Trek... Now we went on SUF, ONCE AGAIN it breaks down. EVERY time we have gotten in line for this ride this year, it breaks down. It's being a Deja Vu. We waited 30 minutes for it. We were heading toward BTR when I suddenly asked our friends to ride KC with us. At first they chickened out when they saw it operate, but then they decided to go on still. Awesome ride as always, and I made sure it wasn't tight on me.

Then we did Whirligig, and then AEB which was rougher than usual. Next we rode Spacely's, Logger's Run... we waited in line for Whizzer and it starts to rain very lightly. We were in the station, and I just had a gut feeling that they would cease operation right when we were all about to get on. Yep, they did! That was disappointing.

Rain and lightning... Later rides finally started opening up. We did Superman, and then we went on Whirligig again. Then we did BTR 3 times, and Roaring Rapids 4 times. That was an amazing 4 rides lol. Good times. Then we noticed Bull finally opened up, since it was closed for a while from the rain... and probably for other reasons... and we ran over there and got on, and then got on again, 2nd to last train of the night. The whole entire train was yelling "one more ride". Unfortunately, we didn't get one more ride. :(

I never saw it open :( Maybe today we will get on it if it's open long enough. Do you know what time it was open?
