My pics including On-Ride Photos of Top Thrill Dragster and Millennium ForceWell I was going to write out an elaborate, ride-by-ride trip report, but in lieu of me being as sleep deprived as I am, I am just going to summarize some events. I am not quite sure if they are in order or not, but I am going to try to remember them as best as I can.Our trip consisted of driving 5 hours on Sunday morning, getting a Starlight pass, staying at a hotel, getting a funday pass, and driving 5 hours home. I do remember driving down the Cedar Point Parkway and seeing the skyline for the first time. It really is amazing.Day 1 – A Night on the Point or Where is Everybody? When we first entered the park we figured we would head for Dragster. On the way, we noticed that Raptor was a walk-on. I was very surprised at this. We got in line and rode it. I think that it is an improvement on the Batman: The Ride design. The cobra roll is very cool, and there are two full helices. It was a great way to start off the day. 8/10Next we headed down the midway and decided to get Corkscrew out of the way. We walked on and that was that. A fun ride, but very cliché for its type; aka…rough 5/10Next we went on TTD. We decided to just ride where ever for our first ride on it. To my surprise, we ended up in the very back seat. I wasn’t about to complain about it. Our total wait (the time was about 5:20) was about 50min.10/10Next we headed over to Magnum XL-200. This was a fun ride that was filled with air- time. We rode in the very front. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to experience it in the back because this was the only time we rode it. 8/10A warning to people on the ride. Don’t unbuckle your seatbelt when going up the lift. When our train was about to leave the station, a guy on the train before us unbuckled his belt and stood up. The ride ops stopped the ride and the guy was escorted below the station by security and was written up.Next we walked on the Gemini. I was very disappointed with this ride as it was very smooth and felt under control. The ride seemed to have so much potential, but seemed to fall short. 6/10Next we rode Mean Streak. We rode in the back seat. All I have to say is that the first hill has a huge trim on it. I had heard that it was over-braked, but I never expected it to be that bad. We almost stopped on the MCBR’s and there was no airtime at all. I’m just glad we walked on to this.5/10Next we rode Mantis. We waited about 10min. Now I heard all these people say that Mantis is a great ride. From my ride on it, I found it to be rougher and it gave me a bigger headache than Iron Wolf. It looked like a great layout, with some really great elements. It just turned out to be worse than Iron Wolf. 5/10Next we decided to ride Millennium Force. The wait was about a half hour to the station, where we decided to ride the very front. Besides the fact that when we got off we were covered in bugs, this ride was amazing. Great speed! Great air! Great ride! 10/10Next we went to Wicked Twister. We waited about 10min and rode in the very back. The twist was a lot of fun, but I like V2 a lot better. Nothing can beat the vertical spike and holding brake. 8/10Next we went on Disaster Transport. I am guessing at one point there was a story to go along with the themeing. If there was, I couldn’t guess it. All we did was walk through the queue, and hop in the car. I happen to like the bobsled rides. Back when we had Rolling Thunder at SFGam I used to ride it all the time. It was a little short, but still a lot of fun. I wish that SFGam had a dark ride. 6/10Next we hurried up to try to ride Dragster one last time. We got into the line at about 10:10, and about 10min after we were in line, it broke down. We decided that since we didn’t have anything better to do that night, we would stay. Well we stayed, and stayed, and stayed, and finally got on TTD at around 1am. I was very surprised at CP’s dedication. At least tonight I was….Day 2 – We Found Everybody or Insert Creative Title That Cleverly Describes the Day Here – Coming Soon!
you can't believe it - you didn't mean it
but they saw you do it and they know your name
The TTD on ride photo is a forgery. Nobody has really ridden it. People are payed to say they have! It's a secret! It's just Dick Kinzel's personal coat rack! It's a giant consperacy, I can't believe you were payed off by the evil Cedar Fair. I just wish it was open when I was there... Oh well, there's always next year.I'm surprised you found Mantis rougher than Wolf. When I rode it, it seemed much smoother than Wolf ever had been for me. Although, I found the first half less interesting than Wolf, and the second half is identical to Wolf (corkscrew and figure 8.) Where did you ride on the train? That might be why our rides were so different.Next time you get to the park, ride Magnum in 1:3. Maybe it's a big lie, because its the only seat I've ridden it in, but I guess it's the ejector seat. I know the only way I would unbuckle the seat belt on it would be if I were suicidal and sinister enough to stain Cedar Point's saftey record (which I would never do either intentionally.)

You're the first person that has ever felt the same as me about those two rides. I agree 100%. Can't wait till you post the 2nd part.
