Let us know how your day at the park was.

I got to SF:GAm at around 3 pm and went to Superman first. We got near the back, and it was my first time in the back of the car. Wow. The force in the prencil (sp? lol) was so great and I wasn't expecting it. If only it wasn't ruined by looking at someones dirty feet unlike front row .Then we went to Ice Mountain Splash because i had never been on it because it was closed all this season (my first season at SF:GAm).Then I think we went on Batman. I love this ride so much. We pretty much walked onto 4th row. Then me and my dad went to Iron Wolf. They really need to re-organize the front row line. People kept stopping behind the people waiting for front and the Fast Pass guy was telling them to come up and they gave an unsure look and didn't move. I had a convo with the fast pass guy and he was i was like man, if i were you i would have punched one of them in the face and pulled my hair out, and he was like yeah, you don't know the half of it. Oh yeah, and then there was a group of 10 year olds who ran up the fast pass line and tried to get in and they didn't have fast passes and played stupid and everyone yelled at them and they probably cried :-/Anyways, we got on the ride and it was my dads first stand up roller coaster, and the train starts moving from the station, and then got stuck or stopped or something before that little hill to get the car to the chain lift for about 30 seconds. Anyways, great ride. After that we got on American Eagle forwards, which had a very short line. I got the back seat, and at the top of the chain lift the backwards train got stuck at the top of the chain lift for about a minute. Then we went to Demon and had a 3 minute wait, and got 3rd row. This time i leaned into the corkscrews and it didn't hurt my neck at all. Then we had to find a place to eat, and me and my dad wanted hot dogs so we walked back to the american eagle tent thing, and the hot dog place was out of hot dogs :-/, then, we went to the corn on the cobb place, and they were out of corn. So we walked around and found another hot dog place. Good times, yep.And then, the rain.Me, my mom, and my sister / my sisters friend, went to ride Iron Wolf again and it started drizzling on and off so they closed it. After waiting in the line outside of the queue on and off for about 30 minutes, we gave up and went to raging bull.it was still drizzling and they kept making announcements that raging bull MAY close soon, but we stayed in line. then, right when my mom and i got into the station it started pouring and a car was just going up the chain lift when it started, and they were stuck at the block brakes in the rain for about 3 minutes. So me and my mom waiting and people kept leaving, and we got to the back finally. then the rain started letting up and they sent out a couple test runs. then they loaded people and 4 fast pass people or "handycapped" people ran to the back row and i cursed them out . anyways, we got on the next train (the one which was sitting on the block breaks through the pouring rain. Raging Bull is awsome in the rain and it felt like needles were hitting your face. Good times indeed. After that me and my mom went to viper and stayed on about 7 times, then more people started coming so he made us get off and go around. In front row the car was squealing. I don't know if it was going faster because of the rain or what, but I've never heard it squeal like that, still, an amazing ride 8)after that, we rushed to Batman and made it in 10 seconds before the guy came to close off the entrance, and we got on the last train. It felt a whole lot faster and it felt like someone was grabbing my throat through the corkscrew parts.by then it was about 10:20 or so, and we went home. i think we got a lot done considering that we got there at 3 pm.

Well! I was there too yesterday. I thought it was an okay day.Got there at 9AM as they opened the parking lot. Got into line and got asked questions about my season pass twice..LOL..We wanted to go to viper first and sure enough we were on the first train row 1:3. Not that great. Rode again in back row (4:3?). We went to Raging Bull after Viper and went in the front row. It is so different in the front row. You don't get as much air. After Raging Bull we went to Giant Drop. Thus far southwest territory was pretty much empty (Viper was walkon twice and raging bull was 5 min for front). Giant drop had a 5 min wait b/c they were only running 3 cars. It was a good ride. My favorite flat (if you can call it that) in the park.We walked aimlessly twords American Eagle. We saw them testing red, and we all wanted to ride that. Too bad they were only running blue. There was not even any rideops in the station for red. It was an okay ride. We rode the front/last row to leave the station.Iron Wolf was bumpy but still good. Everyone else I was with hated it.We went to lunch at Wendy's.Got back in the park and rode Sky Trek Tower. At the top we saw the rain comming. In the distance you could see the rain falling and by the time we were at the bottom it was drizziling. There was a No Limits show in the big open space next to SSA. There was all sorts of Lego stuff all over. We stayed as far away as we could. We got to the trainstation in Hometown Square and it opened up pouring. We got on the train and made a full lap to let the rain stop. By the time it was over the ground was pretty much dry. We went to ride V2. V2 was weird. The we were in line next to the launch track and I looked up to see the train comming to a stop in the station. All of the sudden it launched forewards and quickly stopped and went back and repeated. I think they did an emergency stop and they shut the ride down. The people were stuck on the ride for about 10 min. Most everyone freaked out when the alarm sounded for switching the ride into maintenance mode. We finally got our ride, and it was a good (front row). It has been such a long time since I've ridden my favorite ride.We wandered back to AE and rode it twice. Once forwards and once backwards. Forwards is much better. I like the track better. While riding forwards I had my cellphone out. Everyone in the blue train pointed and laughed. We went to raging bull next. One whole switchback maze was full, yet they only ran 2 trains. We rode back row, and my friend got a little sick in the station (quite funny, everyone cheered!). We got dinner and he ate a full subway sub and a bunch of pop and was fine.Got back into the park and went to V2. 2 people waiting outside the line and it was closed. We waited for 15 min, and decided to walk to batman. Rode batman near the back and we saw V2 testing (MADE US MAD!) Batman was good. 1st time I rode in in the non back. Got to V2.We were the next row to go and the heavens opened up. It was pouring (same time as cexd was in raging bull's station). The ride had just launced and the wind was blowing rain sideways through the station. The people on V2 got off looking like they were on a water ride. Compleatly soaked. Must of been fun for back row. Well the whole park shut down shortly there after and we camped out in V2's station. The delay was 30 min and everyone left the station except 6 other people. We got to chat with the ride ops. We finally got our backrow ride. It was dark and still raining. It was good and wet and windy. We got off freezing. Now after the rain, the park was empty. I mean EMPTY! Line for batman was about 2 people for front row. I got my first night ride ever. I was in the back row and you really cant tell where your going. It was still raining and it kinda hurts. We got out and went back to V2. Once again no wait. My friend was feeling bad again, so he decided to sit the last half an hour our. Too bad. In the last hour we got about 10 rides. Raging bull in the rain was one of the best. The rain was still going sideways and people quoted "It looks like a hurricaine." Rightfully so. Ride was fast and wet. Flew through the trim brakes. We got variouse ride on other things in SW territory. Last ride of the night was viper. Grand total of 6 people on our train. Squeakiest thing ever though. They need to put some WD-40 on the axels or something. You could hear it squeek across the park. All in all it was a good day. We stayed 10 to 10 and had a chat with some upper level managment (Mainly Mark, he is an official w/ the light blue shirts and the earpiece. He workes in SouthWest Terrirtoy) about DeJaVu. He explained how all this stuff works and its all so much more complex than I thought. Other people were saying "It had major stress fractures." We said "We hope it will be open in September" The guy we talked to said "If we're lucky, it should open soon." Still no train on the tracks though. Lastly the guy was a big coaster enthusiast and he knew Tom Crean - Traitor.Feel free to comment, but dont get this thread locked by talking about DeJaVu rumors.

Wow, sounds like a pretty good day! I'm going in a few days, I'm hoping the crowds won't be too awful (either Sunday, or Tuesday).
