SFNE is my second favorite SF park i've been to (behind GAm) and in my opinion it has a lot going for it. Not such a great coaster collection, really has only 1 good coaster, but the theming/atmosphere is outstanding.
I thought SFStL is a nice little park, but I would agree that prices are outrageously high at any SFI park. I really think coldstone is way over priced as it as, but at SFGAm, I wouldn't go near the place. However, you'd have to be stupid to pay for admission without some kind of discount.
Universal Orlando Mechanical Engineer Marathon down, Goofy to go.
SFGAm is one of the better parks. Best parks in the SF chain in my opinion, though it seems to be fairly generally recognized is SFGAm, SFOT, SFFT, and SFOG (basically the original time warner parks).
I have been to SFNE and I didnt mind it, good coaster selection and the park wasnt to offensive, though with Superman down for the year (has been closed for some time now) I can see how this guy was getting really pissed off, with closed rides, understaffing and high prices.
Favorite Wood Coasters: The Voyage, Ravine Flyer II, Thunderhead, Balder Favorite Steel: Voltron Nevera, Steel Vengeance, Expedition GeForce, Olympia Looping Parks visited: 232, Coasters Ridden: Steel: 894, Wood: 179, Total: 1073
While I think SFGAM is the best of the SF parks Ive been too and is better than the comments in the article, I do think his comments apply in many cases to ALL SF parks ive been too, and not other corporate parks Ive had the pleasure to visit.
Hopefully snyder/shapiro will read this and realize that there parks need major imprevements when it comes to customer service and the prices they charge there guests.

Actually Shapiro requires all levels of management at the parks to read and document every news article that involves their park (this includes GAm where they have huge binders full of news articles in all of the backstage offices), so everyone is definitley reading it. Doesnt mean I would expect any prices to go down, if people are buying it they'll keep raising prices. Ecenomics .
Also a lot of what he says is BS, he wouldve spent less money getting into Canobie? No crap, Canobie's also a small family owned park with not nearly as much to do as SFNE, and he didnt even pay to get into SFNE so really he wouldve spent more going to Canobie.
The fact that he is comparing Canobie Park to SFNE in the first places in-validates his argument .
