Rides not running at full capacity, closed rides, middle school kids, people buying food right after the park opens, people telling their friends fictional statements such as "Bull is the tallest coaster in the US" etc.
People who say Vu has never opened.
People who say a kid hit his head on Vu's track while riding.
People who say Vu is going to be replaced.
People who say any rumor about Vu.
RBull4life wrote:People who think that they are on an NBA court while walking down the midway bouncing their basketballs back and forth.
Those are probably the most annoying people at the park.
Also,
-People who set their empty or almost empty drink/bottle down and walk away
-People who stick gum on everything
-People who let their kids play on the Demon sign (thanks to the new fence, they can't do that anymore )
-People who stand up on Eagle or Viper (not only is it dumb, but it's dangerous, I don't want a decapitated head in my lap because of some *edit* trying to stand up)
-Middle-schoolers trying to act all tough, talk to the ride-operators, and act like they rule the park.
- And finally, the people who whine because they don't want to put their stuff in the loose article bins. A few weeks ago at Orbit I had to wait 5 extra minutes because some middle-schooler refused to give his prize basketballs to the operator to put them in the bin.
my biggest pet peeve is those damn groups that sing in line. My other pet peeve is when you have people that think they are this big hot-shot and think they can do anything they want to.
I forgot to add,
-Those huge groups of people who right when you're about to get in line for something, one of their group members darts in front of you and then their whole group pushes you aside so they can get in line before you. I HATE that.
I dont know if anyones seen this because im sure most of us always sit in B rows on DejaVu, but it happens all the time. The airgates open, and someone in line for a B row takes an A seat and causes conflict. It is completely obvious that they knew they were waiting for a different seat (as noted by the fact the grouper says "Gate 3B please" and when the gates open they take seat 3A). People in general are petrified of B rows and want to sit next to their friends. It slows down the load time so much when the ride operator has to explain the situation to the person that took the wrong seat and ask them to take their seat or go back in line for an A row.
Another pet peeve of mine is the guy who smokes right in front of the no smoking sign as the "Six Flags is a family friendly smoke free enviornment" spiel is playing over the park speakers. Park employees are pretty quick to get there and have them put out, but still, that guy is an idiot in every faction of the word.

One of those may be right...........back to work i go
http://themeparkcritic.com/scripts/profile/ViewProfile.asp?ViewID=2909 A furious storm once roared `cross the sea, catching ships in its path, helpless to flee. Instead of a certain and watery doom, the winds swept them here to Typhoon Lagoon!
When people are getting off the ride, and by looking at their faces you can't tell whether or not they just got off a 200 foot ride, or just got back from a funeral. Once I even saw a woman frowning upon coming back from V2.
if you mean Six Flags in general, my pet peeves would be slow operations, rude/apathetic staff, running rides at lower capacity than what is called for, unclean park and sky high prices.
Guest wise, I'd have to go with basketball bouncing (they really should give them away flat or underinflated), smoking in queue's and especially people making out in line, I'm all for making out, it's a wonderful thing but for god sakes dont do it all though an hour long line, besides being rude there are children around, also kids who think they know everything about everything and are loud about it. Also I cant stand general ignorance in general from anyone (not just at park), like say those who hop over 10 queue rails when you can simply walk around them in the designated path rather than walk it all, and all sorts of stuff around those lines. Though I guess I just might not be that tolerant of a person
Favorite Wood Coasters: The Voyage, Ravine Flyer II, Thunderhead, Balder Favorite Steel: Voltron Nevera, Steel Vengeance, Expedition GeForce, Olympia Looping Parks visited: 232, Coasters Ridden: Steel: 894, Wood: 179, Total: 1073
I totally agree with others about kids with basketballs...just plain annoying.
Another thing that bothers me is when rides are left with empty cars. For example, this past Monday only some of the flats were open in the morning due to the weather. I waited 3 cycles for ERC and they each had 3 or 4 empty cars. It makes sense to me that if only a few rides are open, they should be filled to capacity. Is there a reason that if the ops see there's empty cars left, they can't let a few more people out to fill them?
Another thing I cant stand is when people ask me retarded questions. For example,
Once I was in line for V2 and this guy (mid 30's) was like " We are in line for the Raging Eagle, right?"
Or
This kid was going on about how he loves The Raging Bull and how it's too "babyish" for him. Then like 5 minutes later we were about too get on and he chickened out because he thought there was a loop in it!

Same. Almost anything negative about Vu.
Sooo many other pet peeves...
-LINEJUMPING is #1. Why the hell weren't you with your group in the FIRST place?
-People who think the line for Viper is Bull, and when they find out it's not, they leave the line.
-People who bring 50000 bags and things to the park. Waiting to get in can be a pain.
-Dumb rumors.
-The short kids when they don't have a wrist band.
-When people don't go all the way down on King Chaos or Revolution.
-A and B seat conflict with Vu that SFGAm07 mentioned.
-Huge groups of people. Especially if its a huge group trying to line jump.
-Ignorant people who have never heard of a garbage can before.
-Stuck up middle-schoolers.
-"Does this go upside down?" or "Bull goes upside down 12 times!" etc. etc.
-Basketballs.
-Smokers.
-Not enough security.
-When people walk too close to you, stand too close to you in line, aren't looking and completely run into you, etc.
-People who don't follow the lines when boarding Giant Drop.
I could go on and on.

I think everyone hit all my pet peeves in some form or another. But just for the fun of reitinerating:
-Line Jumpers... "Oh, who's that? OH HEY! HEEEEEEY!!! YEA, I'LL BE THERE IN A SEC!!! --oh, excuse me... heh, pardon us... Umm... excuse usss.. kee hee!"
-Cocky tweens/preteens/teens... Thinking they practically own the park, bouncing the basketball they didn't win themselves, talking as if their friends were 50yards away, txting on the Razor they'll lose on the very next ride, taking pix of the same poses and the same smiles every 5ft, and listening to some "hardcore" band too loudly from their brand new iPod Nano. Yea, nothing irks me more than cocky kids...
Actually, to be honest, that's about it. I can usually be pretty understanding when it comes to those long lines or slow staff. Sure, it's annoying, but I'm usually with friends which relieves the situation. But those kids......

Errr, what's wrong with saying something negative about Deja Vu? Is it not the most negative ride at the park? Is it not the one that park guests say "is never" or "is rarely" opened? Is it not the ride that will go down for weeks going into month(s)? Is it not the main coaster, that, even when not down due to issues with the ride, will be the first to be closed due to staffing? Is it not the ride that opened in October the year it was built?
Don't get me wrong - I really enjoy the ride. Ironically, one of the main reasons I still enjoy it, probably more than any other coaster in the park, is because I have been on it the least of any coaster at the park. You need read no farther than the previous paragraph to see what the cause of that is. However, in all, or almost all other aspects other than ride experience, Deja Vu is about as negative as it gets IMHO.
-Line Jumpers... "Oh, who's that? OH HEY! HEEEEEEY!!! YEA, I'LL BE THERE IN A SEC!!! --oh, excuse me... heh, pardon us... Umm... excuse usss.. kee hee!"
Don't get me started on those line jumpers who are "part of a group". Like you see a group of people in front of you, right? And all of a sudden, people are slipping through and they say, "He's/she's with us. Excuse him/her. Hey, what's up?" Like, why in the world were you NOT with the group in the first place? There is a rule in the guide that says "If you leave the line for any reason, you may not return." Please follow the rules. That's probably my very biggest pet peeve when it comes to amusement parks. I swear, gah!
Hee hee, look. I have a signature thingy um, thing.
