Has anyone noticed that all Inverted Coasters like Batman, have a curved drop. Why is that? I've seen a lot of inverts and they all have it, does anyone know why? It's been bothering me for a while.

because it adds exitment i guess and most inverts are very compact and dont have room to make a complete forward drop and then turn back

Why would you want a straight first drop, on an inverted coaster, it would just be so boring.I love turning to the side then droping, it is like the coaster is taking you over, and droping you into hell.

O well, i think that the floorless coasters that have straight drops look amazing, but i think and inverted coaster that has a first drop like that would be boring.
