Its in three parts, so if you have a little time to look back at one of the greatest amusement parks of its time, it's a great video with alot of vintage footage, and other interesting facts.

No problem Tony.

Listening to Chuck describe what a ride on the Bobs were like is great. To bad that nobody can take the blueprints of that coaster and rebuild it, and not the lame one at GL.

I love reading as much as I can about Riverview. I wonder what the park would have been like if it had survived to this day.

God, I feel so fortunate that I got to see these models in person at the Tinley Park Art Center.

Sooooo cool.

This was a while ago, like around 3-4 years, maybe more.

When I talked to Ralph Lopez at No Coaster Con last year he said that Riverview 2 isnt likely to be built. Brian Heywood was going to put up 80 million to buld the park but then he was murdered in 2003. On January 5th Mrs. Heywood said that she is no longer pursuing the project. I dont know how much money Ralph Lopez has been able to collect for Riverview 2 but its obviously hasnt been enough. If he is at No Coaster Con next year then Ill ask him how the project is.
