Incorrect World Record Breaker Info

Talk about anything that has to do with the amusement park industry here.

In 1997, Six Flags Magic Mountain opened Superman: The Escape. The ride is 415' but only reaches up into the 300ft mark (doesn't make it up to the 400' mark) and reaches a max speed of 100mph.

However, in 2000, Cedar Point introduced Millennium Force. With it's 310' tall hill and speeds of 93mph, Cedar Point claimed Millennium Force the worlds tallest, fastest, and longest roller coaster

Now, how can Millennium Force be the tallest and fastest roller coaster in the world when Superman: The Escape is 400' tall and goes 100mph vs. Millennium Force which is 310' and goes 93mph?
It's green. It's blue. It's all over you! Enjoy your ride on Déjà Vu

It might have something to do with Superman not being a full circuit coaster. I'm not sure though.

I personally hate Superman: The Escape.
1. It doesn't go up to the listed height
2. It's listed height is cheap because it launches off the top of a hill (Clone at Dreamworld is only 377')
3. It's loud
4. It doesn't do much

This topic is really pointless.... Kingda Ka for now is the tallest and fastest coaster in the world.

Locking.
