Is anybody going to take part in the 'hype' this weekend? 'Hype' Number One would be the release of the film Hulk. Personally, the CGIs don't look too impressive, and Hulk is one of my least favorite comic book characters. He doesn't have the appeal that Batman, Superman or others have. However, the Hulk coaster happens to be one of my favorites rides. 'Hype' Number Two would be the release of 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.' I haven't seen the films or read the books, but I am going to try and pick up a copy for my cousins and my sister. I didn't have trouble getting the last book the weekend it came out.

Yeah, I'm definatly going to try to see the new Hulk movie, mostly because of the coaster. But, I'm not much of a "book fan" so I won't be getting that book.

Hulk looks ok, but I won't be going till the 'hype' dies down... I don't like sitting in crammed movie theaters.I'm not too into Harry Potter, so I don't really care about that.

'Hype' Number Three for this weekend has to be the Cubs vs. WhiteSox. Though I would love to see the Cubs sweep the WhiteSox right out of Wrigley Field, I'm going to go with the Cubs taking 2(if not 3) out of 3 games.

Go Cubs!In a year or so there will be a new movie out based on an awesome book called Ender's Game. It's by Orson Scott Card and is a Sci-Fi about a boy-genius who is transported to Battle School in space. It's a great book and is going to be an awesome movie. Here's a link to the page:http://www.philotic.web/movieI suggest reading the book. It's a quick read, although a bit long(380pgs) but it is catching. I cant wait for the movie.

Diehard cubs fan here. Sosa will be back tommrow, and hopfully the Cubs can get over todays tough loss and win tommrow's game/series. I really wish I had tickets to the Cubs v Sox series this weekend but I work too much.I read Enders Game too long ago to remember what it is about. I dont like science fiction or reading for that matter.I wont go to see Hulk, nor will I buy Harry Potter. Don't like either of them.

As far as hype goes for this weekend:-Hulk...looks too fake, if I wanted to see something like that I would watch Shrek. They just couldn't pull it off like they do with Spiderman and make it hard to tell the difference between CGI and real people. I might end up going to see it though, depends though.-Harry Potter: I don't read books lol, so I don't care. I saw parts of the movie and thought it was pretty stupid. Oh well.-Cubs vs. Sox: I don't really take sides, sure im a south sider but I don't really care that much about Baseball. Basketball and sometimes football are the only sports I really watch. I just want Chicago to win :).

I'm also a cubs fan. I can't wait till this weekend, Cubs are gonna sweep the Sox! Also, Sosa will be in the line up after his seven game suspension. Hopefully Sosa will get out of his slump that he had before his suspension.

The Hulk's GCI looks way too fake but Im going to check it out anyway. I really dont like Harry Potter. I might read it after my sister is done with it. Im not fond of baseball so I dont care who wins. Another hype would be Pirates of the Carribean. That movie looks good. The main reason I want to see it is because Johnny Depp is in it. Hes awesome in horror movies.

The Hulk - I definitely want to see that. It looks pretty cool.Order of the Phoenix - I'm not really a huge Harry Potter fan, but my mom is. I think HP is awesome... me and my parents are gonna go to Borders in Orland Park on Friday night cause the book is gonna go on sale at midnight, and before then they're having a party. I do not think I am going to read the book because I hate reading.Cubs/Sox - I don't care who wins... I'm not really a big sports person but sometimes I enjoy watching them. Since I like both teams I don't really care who wins.SFGA 11 - To make a link like that, you have to type [ url=http://url]URL text[/url] The [ url shouldn't have a space, I just did that so it wouldn't show up as a link.

In reference to Sammy's bat... "Say it ain't so says Sammy!" Even though I'm an Indian's fan, I am also a big fan of Sammy. I think he's a great ballplayer and I'm glad to see he will return. We had a similar occurance with Albert Belle! But anyhow, they are promoting the crap out of the Hulk movie. At my dad's grocery store where he is a manager in Ohio, they have a guy dressed up as Hulk walking around for a week passing out coupons for discounted movies and also coloring books to kids. I have seen many commercials and there is even an IOA commercial I have seen showing the Hulk and saying something about the movie.

Ive seen a lot of commercials, bilboards, adds on busses, and more that I cant think of now. Its really crazy. They make so much hype over stuff like that and it usually backfires. Just like what happened to S:UF.

I think that sammy sosa was lying when he said that he didn't know that the bat was corked. I am a Cubs fan and a Sosa fan but he knew that the bat was corked. Players don't just pick up any bat, they know which one that they are going to use. I still like him as a player though and I hope they sweep the sox.
