The ride there "High Roller" sure looks safe when its loading http://www.rcdb.com/ig141.htm?picture=8 . WHat if someone tripped and fell onto the track or purposely jumped out of the train when their harnesses were still open.
I didn't know that either, but I fugured there would have to be something fairly close to the station.

Yea you can see the ride is really in more of the center of the tower in this picture leaving the towers deck on all the sides of the ride.

but i guess even with a tiny coaster, it makes a big effect being so high up. Its like taking Sprocket Rockets and throwing it up there. It would be a whole nother story.

it happenned last year or this year i think when a couple of kids got stuck on the same ride because it stopped and they got free tickets to the rides at stratosphere.
Ive always wondered about the weight up there atop stratasphere...
How much can it handle(the roof) with more rides being added up there?
Its not a possible cave in is it? Sorry if my statement sounds ridiculous but I was just concerned.

I think everytime they add a new attraction, they make sure that the building can support it. Architecturally wise that building won't cave in, but i don't know how much more they will be able to add.
RIP: Trailblazer and Deja Vu...heck, even Alien Encounter
I would literally have peed my pants. I don't do well with heights. I can deal with the height on rides so long as I don't have to be there long. The following scenarios would literally cause my bladder to fail...
Getting stuck at the top of Giant Drop.........Millenium Force....Power Tower......TTD........and Raging Bull(if I was sitting in one of the outside seats or front row.
So sufficeth to say......90 mins of facing down at 900 ft in the air would case me to 1 pee my pants...2 hyperventilate...and 3 have an all out panic attack in which it would take 2 hours after I was safely on firm ground to calm down from.
