http://cedarpoint.com/public/news/ttdstatus.cfmHope nobodys planning to go to Cedar Point very soon, looks like Dragster will be down for awhile. Sucks to be T_Biggs as he's going to be at Cedar Point today or sometime this week.

I saw the TTD status report this morning, too. I'm sure T_Biggs was looking forward to TTD, and yeah, that does suck. I won't be going to CP until later in the Season, but it's nice to see that CP is putting up a status report for TTD.

I wish Great America would do the same with Deja Vu.
It's not how high or how fast you build the roller coaster it's how smooth you build it!

my point exactly. why bother treating your paying customers with respect???also, dragster had problems while we were in line. we were the second group, when they unloaded the three loaded trains (two in the station one in the staging area) and fixed the problem...luckily it only took aboput 20 minutes...and...it was well worth it!!!hope they get it running soon, not only is it a blast, it kept every other line except MF under an hour!

They have people over from Switzerland is it? It'll be fixed in no time IMHO. A month, tops.

I say no time in reference to taking months, even a year to fix. We could be that unfortunate that it's down for an entire year. So, to a patient person like me, a month is no time.

I just read that people have seen ride ops inspecting the trains and water dummies have been put on the trains. some people have also said that it tested a couple times as well. If this is true, it means that they have sorted out the hydraulics problems. Good news if its true. 6 days til i go and im praying.

On Coastermania it tested about 5 times and seemed to work just fine to me... Went over the tophat and everything. Man that thing is amazing to watch!

they have rectified its many mechanical and technical problems with great efficency so far, so i would guess that itll be open relatively soon (2 or 3 days time).

The best thing to do is check the TTD Status Report on the website before your visit. You can also give a quick call to the information line to see if they can give you any extra details.

I've also found out more detailed information on its problem...Apparently the first problem with TTD was that there were traces of contaminents found in its hydraulic fluids (metal to be exact). So, what they had to do to solve this was drain all the hydraulic fluid out, filter and clean it, then put it back in... Well, in this whole process they found the reason to why this had happened. It was a broken valve which obviously would need replacing. So, I guess that's why it's down then!
