Zamperla Disk’O Coaster...

Talk about anything that has to do with the amusement park industry here.

This new prototype is coming to Paramounts kings island as Avatar I beleive. Ive seen pics and videos of it and its a nice family coaster. It looks just like a Disk'O but with a hill in the center and a bit taller. I like it but its because its another odd coaster.

^Hey, that was the only ride i could take my little brother's friend on (he is prone to motion sickness and scared of heights). He didn't want to be there, so that ride was a good thing for him.

Oh  Im not saying all kids dont like it....but my cousins and friends siblings didnt like it. Ive seen kids get off before I get on  and have a face of bordum or say they didnt like, and there are kids who love it as well though.

I would love for us to get one of these but on a different scale, for example one of the "towers" could be a hooked shape

^I understood what you ment, just thought i'd put it out there. That hook idea would be really cool! Now that would be the family ride of a lifetime.

What do you mean by halfpipe kinda? Can you show me where to find this?

This new disk'o coaster is one of the few things Ive liked from Zamparela. I wouldnt mind having the worlds wackiest family thrill coaster

FYI, the PGA DiskO Coaster will have the round outward facing DiskO Car, PGA's will have the Skateboard Car (same as Jesters Wild Ride but much larger), it is to accomodate a shorter height requirement as PKI's is in the kids area where PGA's isnt.

At least that's what Jeff Siebert said over the past weekend.

Yeah, that is the original Zamperla Disk 'O ride. The ones with a hill in it are the Disk 'O coasters. I do want to try one.

This particular product consists of a hill between two towers and they are a bit taller/faster than the original or larger diskOs Zamperella has to offer. I just love the amount of people that fit onto one disk and how riders sit facing outward with that wacky seating
