Randall Duell, designer of the Great America parks, also worked on the Disneyland project.

Happy Birthday to the BEST PARK IN THE WORLD! YAY!
Every jumbled pile of person has a thinking part that wonders what the part that isn't thinking, isn't thinking of.

I went there on Wednesday, other than having a few '50' signs up the only celebration was a show (or something) next to the movie theater that recapped the last 50 years
I'd rather be riding the Voyage

A few signs? Look harder.

2 brand new rides: Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters and a totally new Space Mountain

The new parade, as well as a brand new fireworks show.

Sleeping Beauty Castle all decked out for the 50th, 50 "Hidden Mickey" ears all over the park and........

Golden Anniversary ride vehicles on Casey Jr Circus Train, Dumbo, the Carousel, Mad Tea Party, Mr. Toads Wild Ride, Peter Pan, Storybookland Canal Boats, Jungle Cruise, Autopia cars, and a new steam locomotive.

You must have gone with your eyes closed.
