Well, that's pretty bizarre, I bet it goes down for Annual Maintaince shortly
Sounds like a block stop, but the first car overshot the block. I have been on a train on Hulk when there is a block stop and that time the entire train was will within the catwalk up there, though alas, no Evac, got going again after 10 or so minutes

Ah, I have a bad feeling about this for some reason. I normally take these things as a grain of salt, however. maybe there's something inevidently wrong.
there was a normal block stop, maintaince responed and didnt find any problems, so they released the train and a computer glitch locked up the brakes again after the train had rolled forwards a few feet putting the front car past the edge of the evac platform. With the front car now outside of the block brake, there is nothing at all they could do to get the train rolling again (well they can but can be a very lengthy process), so they evac'd everyone they could, and they had to wait for a bucket truck to arrive to evac the people in the front row which was hanging over the edge of the drop. So really, nothing really major, just ended up being a really slow new day.
It does give our old PR person, Susie Story* an extra headache though fielding all kinda of media questions and dealing with bad press.
*For anyone who doesnt know, Susie Story left PR at SFGAm for a PR job at the Universal Orlando Resort.
