Premier Parks (which recently changed its name to Six Flags, Inc.) is the owner and operater of all Six Flags parks. The company has licenced the right to use Looney Toons and other WB characters in their park from Warner Brothers, but Warner Brothers does not own or operate the parks in any way. (Which, in my opinion, is a shame, because if WB were in charge, the Six Flags parks would probably be more like Disney or Universal Studios... oh well.)

Actually I think having Six Flags turn into a Disney or Universal Studios could be the worst possible thing to ever happen to Six Flags. Six Flags are amusement parks, not theme parks.

But wouldn't it be better to have Universal style theming with great thrill rides??

I'd guess that Marriott's original vision was probably closer to Disney/Universal than SF. I'm all for great rides and great theming as long as one doesn't overpower the other.
I don't have a detonator; its on a timer.
A countdown timer?
No, a count-up timer. It goes from one to explode.
